You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been accepted by the courier. Gucci is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Gucci’s control.
Pre-order, Backorder, Made to Order and Monogram items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Express once they become available.
The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received your purchase. You may also return or exchange merchandise in any of our Gucci boutiques when accompanied by the original invoice.

Once your order is placed your credit card will be authorized for $1 for verification purposes. The authorised amount will be released by your credit card’s issuing bank according to its policy. The full transaction value will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorisation, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. HOW TO MEASURE
To select the correct shoe size, follow these steps to measure your feet and refer to the foot length column in the sizing guide:
- Wear the socks or tights you typically wear with this type of shoe.
- Stand straight on a flat surface with your heel against a wall. If needed, have someone assist you with the measurements.
- Measure from the base of your heel, keeping it pressed against the wall, to the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure both feet and use the length of your longest foot as your reference in the sizing guide.
