During Milan Men’s Fashion Week, artist and actress Silvia Calderoni from Motus—an independent Italian theatre company—performed her work ‘MDLSX’ at the Gucci Hub.
Told in Italian with English subtitles, ‘MDLSX’ is an explosive solitary hymn to the freedom of becoming and explores gender and androgyny. Silvia Calderoni—invited by Alessandro Michele to walk the Cruise 2018 fashion show in Florence and to appear in the Roman Rhapsody campaign—stages a performance experimenting a DJ/VJ set like format combining autobiographical bits and literary references.
