Don't want to wait in line while visiting a store? 

Will I have to wait in a line while visiting your store?
Gucci may have to limit the number of people in our store to ensure social distancing is practiced, therefore we appreciate your patience as you may be required to wait in line to enter the store. Please practice social distancing and remain at least six feet (two arms lengths) from other persons both inside the store and while waiting in line to enter. Kindly refrain from shaking hands or other physical contact.

What can I expect?
A one-on-one shopping experience! Book a private appointment and be fully immersed in the newest collections. Enjoy a personal styling session with a dedicated Gucci expert. Please note, because of limited capacity in our stores, appointments will be held for 15 minutes from the start of the reservation time then canceled, and customer entry may be limited to 30 minutes before store closure.  

How can I book a private appointment in store?
There are two ways to reach the Book an Appointment request form–from the Product Detail pages or from the Store Locator page.  

  • From the Product Detail pages, you can find the Book an Appointment feature on the right-hand corner labeled “Find in Store.” You also have the option to reserve a product, but please note appointments with a product reservation can only be scheduled 48 hours in advance and is available in select stores only.
  • From the Store Locator page, you will be able to see the full list of stores offering the Book an Appointment service. You can find our Store Locator here or in the Footer of our website.  
By clicking on Request an Appointment, you will be directed to a private appointment form. To submit your in-store appointment request, simply select your date and time preference, purpose of visit and area of interest. You can also leave a personal message for your in-store Client Advisor. You will receive an email summarizing your appointment request.   We will also ask you to provide us your contact information so that our in-store Client Advisor can contact you and confirm the date and time of your appointment.   Where is the service available? When do you offer appointments?

How long does an appointment last? 
Your appointment will be scheduled for 1 hour. The in-store Client Advisor will contact you to confirm the exact time and duration of the appointment.

How can I return and/or exchange my purchase? 
In case you are booking an appointment to return or exchange an item, please note that our standard Gucci return policy applies for all purchases. Gucci will accept returns or exchanges of eligible merchandise within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases and within 30 days for online purchases. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products, or fragrance and beauty products.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

How is Gucci ensuring that its reopened stores will be safe, and customers will not be exposing themselves by interacting with Gucci employees?

For each reopened store, we will be following strict safety protocols to ensure we continue to help fight the spread of the virus. All Gucci employees will be required to perform health screening protocols, practice social distancing and wear personal protect equipment (e.g., face masks and gloves) to help maintain a safe environment for both the client and the employee. In addition, we encourage all our clients to follow safety guidelines, and will require all our clients to wear face coverings to enter a store as well as follow any local government mandates. If you are exhibiting any signs of the virus, we kindly ask you to refrain from visiting a store at this time and contact us us to provide services at a later date.

Why aren’t all Gucci stores reopened? When will others reopen?

We have reopened stores at locations where we have determined, along with local government officials, that it is safe to do so. We will continue to monitor all stores and their local communities closely and will determine when and where we can reopen other store locations. This will be a phased approach since some areas of the country are recovering faster than others. Do not hesitate to contact us us for more information.

How does Covid-19 impact my repair and care service?

How is Gucci organizing fitting rooms and ensuring products touched, tried on or returned by clients are safe?

Merchandise that clients have interacted with will be set aside before being restocked. Our fitting rooms (if no additional local legal law restriction in place not to use them) are cleaned and prepared after each use to our highest standard. All accepted returns undergo a wait period before being restocked.

How can I shop with a store and request curbside pickup as a delivery option?

Placing an order
Our Client Service Advisors are available to guide you through the process of placing a remote order and arranging for curbside pickup service.

Your item will be securely packaged and handed over to you in the pickup area. Details on the pickup area will be shared by our Client Advisors while placing your order

All stores locations providing curbside pickup are aligned with and adhering to local COVID-19 safety requirements. We are not providing this service in any locations where it is currently prohibited by local governance.

Can I return a product that I’ve purchased at the in-store locations offering curbside pickup?

We invite you to please Contact Us to confirm how to return your item(s).
We will accept in-store returns once our stores are fully open to the public. In the meantime, we have updated our return policies. For in-store purchases, we will accept a return up to 14 days after the reopening date of the store where it was purchased only if the store purchase was made between March 3rd and March 17th. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by their receipt in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Upon resuming normal store business hours an in-store Client Advisor will assist you in processing your return. 
 

How is Gucci ensuring that the curbside pickup will be safe, and customers will not be exposing themselves by interacting with Gucci employees?

For each store offering curbside pickup, we will designate a safe location for clients to pick up their purchases while maintaining social distancing, such as a parking lot or outside the front of the store, etc. At Gucci, the health and well-being of our clients, teams and communities is our top priority and our guiding principles are distance, respect and protect. All Gucci employees will be required to perform health screening protocols, practice social distancing and wear personal protect equipment (face masks and gloves) to help maintain a safe environment for both the client and the employee. In addition, we encourage all our clients to follow CDC safety guidelines, such as wearing masks in public, to help limit any possible spread. How will Gucci ensure that the employees working at the store are safe?

At Gucci, the health and well-being of our clients, teams and communities is our top priority and our guiding principles are distance, respect and protect. For the locations offering curb side pickup, we have updated all our in-store protocols to align with the current guidance from public health officials. Safety measures have been put into place such as regular cleaning of the workspace, providing face masks and gloves to all employees, availability of hand sanitizer and disinfectant supplies, and store sanitation and personal hygiene protocols. We are conducting employee trainings on these updated protocols to help ensure safety and compliance. In addition, we will be limiting the number of employees per shift, to allow for proper social distancing as well as frequent deep cleanings and sanitations of the store.

Why aren’t more Gucci stores offering curbside pickup? When will others reopen?

We are only providing curbside pickup at locations where we have determined, along with local government officials, that it is safe to provide this service. We will continue to monitor all stores and their local communities closely and will determine if we can begin providing this service at other locations. More broadly, we continue to follow the guidance from federal and local health officials to determine when it will be safe to fully reopen our U.S. stores. This will be a phased approach since some areas of the country are recovering faster than others.

Can I bring in or picking up a repair item, if not now, then when?

We ask that you refrain from bringing in or request a repair pick up at this time. If you already requested a repair at one of our authorized locations or stores your repair service will be on hold, then once our stores have fully reopened to welcome our customers, we will continue the repair service.

What are Made to Order items?

Made to Order items are custom-made only after an order has been requested. Once an order has been placed, Gucci Client Services will contact you to confirm your order details and payment. Your item will then be crafted exclusively for you.
 
Made to Order items include furniture from the Décor collection, such as chairs, stools and paneled screens.

Wallets and totes from the coveted Ophidia line in GG Supreme canvas can be personalized with a single initial in leather, python, caiman or crystal-studded felt. Does Gucci Tag track my location or my personal information? 

Gucci Tag cannot track or localize your position, and it can’t associate the product to your name. You can deactivate your Gucci Tag anytime at any Gucci store. Find out more in the privacy policy included with your item.

Why is my Gucci Tag not working? 

Are you scanning the correct place? Wallets and handbags: Place your phone at the back, 4cm from the bottom. Luggage: Place your phone at the back, 4cm from the bottom of any padding or protective trims. Is your smartphone compatible with NFC? You can only access the NFC technology with a compatible smartphone with the NFC reader switched back on. Is your tag active? If your tag has been deactivated, visit any Gucci store to turn it on again. 

Can the Gucci Tag be added to any product purchased in the past?  

Gucci Tag is a new service exclusively available for a selection of items from the Gucci Aria collection. It is not possible to add it to any other products. 

Can the Gucci Tag be removed from my item? 

Gucci Tag is embedded inside your item therefore it cannot be removed. However, it can be deactivated at any Gucci store. If you choose to deactivate it, please note you won’t be able to access any information including the authenticity certificate.  

Will the Gucci Tag be added to other products? 

Gucci Tag is available exclusively for a selection of handbags, small leather goods and luggage from the Gucci Aria collection.  

How can I deactivate the Gucci Tag from products purchased online? 

Our in-store Client Advisors are available to help you deactivate your Gucci Tag at any store. If you don’t have a boutique close by, contact us for assistance. 

How does my Gucci x Oura Ring work and what can it do?

How are my body signals monitored?

Advanced sensors on the inner band work together to monitor key body signals. In order to provide the most accurate data and insights, it is recommended to wear the Gucci x Oura ring 24/7 on your index finger with the sensors on the palm side of your hand. Each full battery charge will last up to 7 days and the ring is water resistant up to 100 meters (~330 ft.).

 

What can I track?

The Gucci x Oura ring tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, temperature, and can predict your period. By analyzing over 20 different body signals such as your sleep patterns, recent activity, heart rate variability, and body temperature, it provides a Readiness, Sleep, and Activity Score. Designed to help discover what works for your body and lifestyle, Readiness gives holistic insight into how well your body is recovering. 

You can find all of your scores inside the free Gucci x Oura app for iOS and Android. In the app, there is a selection of over 50 audio sessions for meditation, sleep, focus, energy boosts, and more. The more you listen, the more the app will identify which sessions work best for you and your body.

 

Will my data remain private?

Your data will be processed by Oura and will be protected according to GDPR requirements and industry-wide best practices, using Spring Security, OAuth2 secure authentication protocol, and data encryption.

 

Should I purchase my usual Gucci ring size?

No, there is a virtual ring sizing tool on the product page you should use to determine your size. The virtual sizing tool will allow you to determine your Gucci x Oura Ring size in multiple ways whether you already own a ring that fits you well, know your Oura Ring size (i.e. have used an Oura product before), need to measure the size of your finger or consult a conversion chart. If you are still unsure about your size, you can visit select stores to try on with a dedicated Client Advisor or contact us for guidance.

 

What is Oura membership and is it included?

The Gucci x Oura Ring includes a lifetime membership and it will continue you as long as you keep the same active Oura account.

How can I return an order I placed using Amazon Pay

All orders are subject to Gucci’s Online Return Policy. Your refund will be processed through the form of payment selected through your Amazon account. 

Orders purchased through Amazon Pay may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Gucci store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Gucci outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.

 

Will my Gucci.com order appear in my Amazon Orders?

Your Gucci.com order details will not appear under Your Orders on your Amazon account. However, you can find your Gucci order information within the Amazon Pay section of your account activity.

How can I return an order I placed using Affirm? Will I receive a full refund?  
All orders are subject to our Online Return Policy.   
Orders purchased through Affirm may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Gucci store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Your return must be received at the warehouse or in one of our Gucci stores within 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. 
According to your loan agreement with Affirm, your first payment will be due 30 days after your order has shipped. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 30 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.  
Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Gucci outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors. 
 
How can I exchange an item I purchased using Affirm?
At this time, Gucci.com cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise purchased using Affirm. We suggest you return the item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions and guidelines listed in our Online Return Policy and place a new order on Gucci.com using Affirm as payment option. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability and loan approval.
 
What if I want to cancel my order with Gucci and reuse my Affirm loan with Gucci or another company?

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

When will I be charged for my purchase?

For most items (excluding Made to Order, personalized items and 4Gift orders), you will not be charged until your order is shipped. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the full amount when you place your order. Once we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. Please allow up to two business days to prepare your order for shipment.

  

Made to Order items and personalized items require full payment at the time the order is placed. Once the order is received on Gucci.com, Gucci Client Services will contact you to confirm the order and process the payment. 4Gift orders will be processed by 4Gift and payments will be charged at the time the order is placed.

 

Affirm orders are subject to your loan agreement with Affirm. The first monthly payment will be charged 30 days after the shipment date. In some cases, a down payment will be required and will be charged when your order is placed.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Orders placed on Gucci.com are subject to applicable state, local and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed. The actual sales tax will be applied at the time of shipment and may vary from the estimated tax. You will not be charged for your order until it has shipped. 
 
Gucci collects the Simplified Sellers Use Tax on taxable transactions delivered to Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the Client’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Gucci’s program account number is SSU-R010266493. 
 
When you a create a group or individual gift through the 4Gift platform, sales tax will be estimated at 12%. The actual sales tax will be calculated when a shipping address is selected by the recipient and may vary from, but will not exceed, the estimated sales tax. If the final total is less than the estimated amount, each contributor will receive a prorated refund of the excess sales tax paid.
 

Do you accept or offer Gucci Gift Cards for sale on Gucci.com?

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a Client Advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby FedEx location for pickup.

FedEx will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. 

 

Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us

How can I return a product I purchased online?

Returns may be made by mail or in store. The return window for online purchases is 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty items) from the date of delivery. You may return items by selecting "Return this Item" from your MY GUCCI account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY GUCCI account.

Return by mail:

1. Start the return process by:

2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
3. Once your return request has been approved, please proceed with choosing one of the following options:

4. Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the package. For QR code returns, bring your package to a FedEx location and a team member will print your label using the QR code.
5. Call FedEx at +1.800.463.3339 to schedule a pickup or bring the package to the nearest location. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are complimentary.
6. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  1. You may return your item to any Gucci store in the U.S. (excluding Gucci outlet stores).  Merchandise cannot be returned to department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc. 
  2. Please bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. 
  3. Refunds for online orders purchased using PayPal, Amazon Pay, Affirm and 4Gift cannot be issued in a Gucci store and must be processed and issued at the Gucci.com warehouse. What is your online return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

Eligible returns of products purchased on Gucci.com may be made by mail or in store.   • Beauty products may only be returned if unopened within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached.  Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.
  • Made to Order, DIY and personalized items and lingerie products (including but not limited to bras, panties, swimwear and tights) are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Décor items, such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.
  • Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.

Gucci will accept exchanges or returns of eligible merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.
 
Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products, or fragrance and beauty products.

Does Gucci offer digital gifts?

Gucci offers its own digital gifting experience in partnership with 4Gift. 4Gift is a digital gifting service that allows you to select and schedule a digital gift experience on the Gucci website and send the gift instantly or plan it in advance. This service allows a group to easily contribute to a team gift and send a gift together or an individual can send the gift solo. How do I send a digital gift?
To get started all you need is the recipient’s email address, then simply choose one of the selected products on Gucci.com and use the “Send Using 4Gift” button to start the gift creation process. Once you have registered or signed into your 4Gift account, you will be able to add the recipient’s information and set the date that they will be notified. If you chose to organize a group gift, each participant can add the perfect finishing touch with a virtual note that will be visible when the gift recipient redeems their gift. 
Gifts can be planned up to 30 days in advance and group gifters will have the opportunity to add their contributions up until the selected time. If your gift is canceled or the target amount is not reached by the notification date, all contributors will be refunded. 
Please note that payments will be collected through the 4Gift platform and can be completed using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, Maestro and PayPal.
 
How will the gift recipient receive the digital gift?
Once the target amount has been reached, the gift recipient will receive an email with a link to the 4Gift platform on the selected date and time. Before finalizing their gift, the recipient will have the option to select their preferred size (if applicable), choose between color variations, or exchange the product with a new item with the same value, if available on Gucci.com.
 
How will the gift recipient receive the purchase?

HOW TO FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER OF MY WATCH
At Gucci we use a unique number to identify each watch, called a Serial Number, which consists of 8 numbers. 
 
You can find it engraved on the back of the case of your watch. 

 

How can I request a repair of my Gucci watch?

If you wish to bring in your timepiece for repair, you can do so by choosing to drop off your timepiece at any Gucci store or authorized point of distribution found here or send in your timepiece via mail to one of our service centers. 
Please allow 2-4 weeks for our repair assessment and an additional 2–4 weeks for the repair. Once we have received the details of your repair request in our service center we will initiate the repair evaluation and a detailed repair charge estimate will be provided to you via email once the assessment has been completed. You will be notified about the estimated repair charge and you will provide your written approval to proceed before we initiate any next steps.
 
Send in your timepiece for repair by Mail
If you wish to mail in your Gucci Watch for repair, please follow below instructions for timepiece repairs. 
Please enclose the below items in your shipment
  • Your time piece securely packaged and ready to be shipped via secured mail to one of the below 4 Service Centers. The locations are listed by state so you may find the location that is closest to you.
  • A detailed repair request, including the type of repair needed
  • Your contact information, including name, postal address, phone number and an email address 
  • Your timepiece warranty card  
  • The original sales receipt

Will the Client Advisor see me on video during the call?

The Gucci Client Advisor will not be able to see you during the call, however they will be able to hear you.

Can I see the Client Advisor on video during the call?

Yes, you will be able to see the Gucci Client Advisor during the call and be able to view the products you are interested in virtually.

How long does the video call last?

The video call length will vary depending on how many items you would like the Gucci Client Advisor to show you. Currently, there is no time limit.

What if I lose connection, will I receive a call back?

Gucci Client Advisors are not able to call you back, but you can use the video call feature to be re-connected. Alternatively, contact us via phone or chat.

Can I place an order during the video call?

You can curate a selection of items together with a dedicated Client Advisor. Your wish list will be shared by email or via text message with a link to Gucci.com where you will be able to place your order. Your Client Advisor can also call you to place the order over phone.

As part of our commitment to reduce our environmental impacts, we are focused on incorporating low-impact materials and promoting sustainable manufacturing processes for our collections, while still ensuring superior craftsmanship and quality. We source our raw materials in line with the Kering Group’s standards for Raw Materials and Manufacturing Processes.

How is animal welfare and biodiversity protected?

GUCCI and Kering Group are committed to preserving and protecting biodiversity and the ecosystem functions and respecting animal welfare.

To ensure care and respect for animals in Kering’s supply chains, Kering has developed a suite of animal welfare standards for the Group’s suppliers at farms and processing facilities. 

At the Group level, Kering also has a dedicated biodiversity strategy which Gucci aligns with.

Does Gucci use real fur?

Supported by the Humane Society of the United States and by LAV, in 2017 with the Spring Summer 2018 Collection Gucci marked the ban of fur for all its products. What is Gucci’s stance on recycled and single-use plastic?

Gucci commits to reduce environmental impact and protect biodiversity through minimizing the use of plastic with the choice of more sustainable materials.

Other than complying with the Kering Group’s Standards for Raw Materials and Manufacturing, Gucci prioritizes the use of recycled plastic and bioplastics for its products.

One of the mandates Gucci signed through the Fashion Pact in 2019 is associated with plastic consumption and waste. Aiming to eliminate single-use plastics for packaging by 2030, single-use virgin plastic has been eliminated for all e-commerce and retail packaging. Any remaining plastic components come from recycled sources.

What is Gucci’s brand strategy about precious stones and metal sourcing?

Gucci is committed to sustainably source all precious stones and metal used for its products. To mitigate the environmental impact associated with the mining and extraction of virgin raw materials, the House is committed to maximizing the use of recycled precious metals for accessories’ hardware and jewelry by 2025.

Gucci purchases its gold through the Kering Responsible Gold Framework, an innovative way to source responsible and ethical gold, and is also a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), whose mission is to promote responsible, ethical, social and environmental best practices throughout the gold, platinum and diamond supply chains. 
Since 2015, all gold purchased by Gucci for jewelry has been certified under the RJC Chain of Custody certification scheme.

Does Gucci use eco-friendly packaging?

Uncoated to be fully recyclable, all packaging has been designed with a green color that decreases the use of inks and is crafted through FSC-certified paper and cardboard from sustainably managed forest sources.
We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed forest sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse. Stepping up our efforts, we have also incorporated more sustainable methods and materials for packaging in our logistics.

How does Gucci promote circular economy?

Gucci’s vision for the future is to integrate the principles of circular economy into the design and creation process. To support the strategy, recycled and regenerated materials are ramped up in all collections and the recycling and reuse of plastic is expanded across the entire supply chain. The House has also increased the use of fibers and materials derived from post-industrial textile waste, like yarn and unused fabrics. Does Gucci offer animal-free products?

Gucci guarantees the highest standards of animal welfare and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Since the ban of fur in October 2017 (see answer to the F.A.Q. “Does Gucci use real fur?”), the animal-free offering has been increased using sustainable options, including a series of alternatives to leather like Demetra—a new material made from animal-free raw materials that are primarily from sustainable, renewable and bio-based sources and has no impediments to scalability or limitations on volume. From June 2020, clients can discover all sustainable features of Gucci products through a set of icons on Gucci.com.
