Will COVID-19 affect my Gucci.com order?

At Gucci, our top priority is the health and well-being of our clients, teams and communities, and we have been closely monitoring the latest developments with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). 

  • Gucci.com remains open and we are dedicated to providing you with the shopping experience you have come to know and love. 
  • Estimated shipping of available items is within 1-2 business days.  Please refer to the delivery date estimate noted on the product description page and at checkout.
  • The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received your purchase. You may return products by mail following the return instructions provided in your digital invoice. You can also return your purchase to your local Gucci store and it must be within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. 
  • The return windows for in-store purchases is 14 days from the date of your purchase. 
  • Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), carriers have temporarily suspended signature requirements for most deliveries to extend its safety precautions at the point of delivery. Therefore, we are temporarily not requiring you to physically sign for your delivery. We suggest that you follow your shipment with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.

Online returns: The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date you received your purchase. You may return products by mail following the return instructions provided in your digital invoice. You can also return your purchase to your local Gucci store and it must be within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. As per our standard policy, items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by their receipt in order to be eligible for return or exchange. 

In-store returns: Gucci will accept exchanges or returns of eligible merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.  Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products, or fragrance and beauty products. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Can I return a product that I’ve purchased at the in-store locations offering curbside pickup?

Some of our locations might only offer a curbside pickup service and are not fully open for public access. In these cases, we may not currently be able to accept your return at these locations.

Can I return a product to a store that has reopened?

We are accepting in-store returns currently at our reopened locations. For in-store purchases, we will accept a return up to 14 days after the reopening date of the store where it was purchased. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by their receipt in order to be eligible for return or exchange. A Client Advisor will assist you in processing your return. 

How does Covid-19 impact my repair and care service?

We are happy to accept your service requests in stores that are fully open to the public. Please note that we are experiencing longer-than-usual service times following our store reopening. Please visit or contact your local store for further information.

How can I shop safely in a Gucci store?

Face coverings

Clients are required to wear face coverings to enter a store as well as follow any local government mandates, and a disposable face covering will be provided upon request should you not have one.
Gucci is not requiring clients to wear gloves while shopping, however we encourage you to use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering our stores.
To help maintain a safe environment, our employees will be wearing face coverings at all times.
 
Temperature checks and health screenings
 
Temperature checks will be conducted prior to entering the Gucci store. Those with temperatures of 100 degrees or above will not be permitted to enter.
All Gucci employees will be performing daily health screenings (including daily temperature checks and health questionnaire).
Gucci asks that any client experiencing COVID-19 symptoms refrain from entering the store.

Hand sanitizer is made available for your use.

How is Gucci ensuring that its reopened stores will be safe, and customers will not be exposing themselves by interacting with Gucci employees?

For each reopened store, we will be following strict safety protocols to ensure we continue to help fight the spread of the virus. All Gucci employees will be required to perform health screening protocols, practice social distancing and wear personal protect equipment (e.g., face masks and gloves) to help maintain a safe environment for both the client and the employee. In addition, we encourage all our clients to follow safety guidelines, and will require all our clients to wear face coverings to enter a store as well as follow any local government mandates. If you are exhibiting any signs of the virus, we kindly ask you to refrain from visiting a store at this time and contact us to provide services at a later date.

How will Gucci ensure that the employees working at the store are safe?

At Gucci, the health and well-being of our clients, teams and communities is our top priority and our guiding principles are distance, respect and protect. For reopened stores, we have updated all our in-store protocols to align with the current guidance from public health officials. Safety measures have been put into place including providing face masks and gloves to all employees, availability of hand sanitizer and disinfectant supplies for workspace cleanings, frequent store sanitations and personal hygiene requirements. We are conducting employee trainings on these updated protocols to help ensure safety and compliance. In addition, we will be limiting the number of employees per shift, to allow for proper social distancing.

Are Gucci Client Advisors still available to take my orders and/or my returns?

What if the number of COVID-19 cases begin to increase again in a location of a reopened store, will Gucci close the store?

We will continue to monitor all stores and their local communities closely and we will take any necessary actions to ensure the safety of our clients, employees and broader communities. At any time, and no matter the location, our stores will be in compliance with local governance and, if it becomes necessary, we will re-close our stores as directed by local government officials.

How is Gucci organizing fitting rooms and ensuring products touched, tried on or returned by clients are safe?

Merchandise that clients have interacted with will be set aside before being restocked. Our fitting rooms are cleaned and prepared after each use to our highest standard. All accepted returns undergo a wait period before being restocked.

Does Gucci offer any contactless payment options like Apple Pay, etc?

Gucci locations will continue to accept contactless Mobile Payment including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay, WeChat and Alipay.

Why do I have to wait in line?

Gucci is limiting the number of people in our store to ensure social distancing is practiced, therefore we appreciate your patience as you may be required to wait in line to enter the store.
Please practice social distancing and remain at least six feet (two arms lengths) from other persons both inside the store and while waiting in line to enter.
Kindly refrain from shaking hands or other physical contact.

Do you offer a washroom or disinfection?

What can I expect?
A one-on-one shopping experience! Book a private appointment and be fully immersed in the newest collections. Enjoy a personal styling session with a dedicated Gucci expert. Please note, because of limited capacity in our stores, appointments will be held for 15 minutes from the start of the reservation time then canceled, and customer entry may be limited to 30 minutes before store closure.  
 

How can I book a private appointment in store?

There are two ways to reach the Book an Appointment request form–from the Product Detail pages or from the Store Locator page.  

  • From the Product Detail pages, you can find the Book an Appointment feature on the right-hand corner labeled “Find in Store.” You also have the option to reserve a product, but please note appointments with a product reservation can only be scheduled 48 hours in advance and is available in select stores only.
  • From the Store Locator page, you will be able to see the full list of stores offering the Book an Appointment service. You can find our Store Locator here or in the Footer of our website.  

By clicking on Request an Appointment, you will be directed to a private appointment form. To submit your in-store appointment request, simply select your date and time preference, purpose of visit and area of interest. You can also leave a personal message for your in-store Client Advisor. You will receive an email summarizing your appointment request.  

We will also ask you to provide us your contact information so that our in-store Client Advisor can contact you and confirm the date and time of your appointment.  

 

Where is the service available? When do you offer appointments?

How long does an appointment last? 

Your appointment will be scheduled for 1 hour. The in-store Client Advisor will contact you to confirm the exact time and duration of the appointment.

 

How can I return and/or exchange my purchase? 
In case you are booking an appointment to return or exchange an item, please note that our standard Gucci return policy applies for all purchases. 
Gucci will accept returns or exchanges of eligible merchandise within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases and within 30 days for online purchases. How can I shop with a store and request curbside pickup as a delivery option?

Can I return a product that I’ve purchased at the in-store locations offering curbside pickup?

We invite you to please Contact Us to confirm how to return your item(s).
We will accept in-store returns once our stores are fully open to the public. In the meantime, we have updated our return policies. For in-store purchases, we will accept a return up to 14 days after the reopening date of the store where it was purchased only if the store purchase was made between March 3rd and March 17th. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by their receipt in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Upon resuming normal store business hours an in-store Client Advisor will assist you in processing your return. 
 

How is Gucci ensuring that the curbside pickup will be safe, and customers will not be exposing themselves by interacting with Gucci employees?

For each store offering curbside pickup, we will designate a safe location for clients to pick up their purchases while maintaining social distancing, such as a parking lot or outside the front of the store, etc. At Gucci, the health and well-being of our clients, teams and communities is our top priority and our guiding principles are distance, respect and protect. All Gucci employees will be required to perform health screening protocols, practice social distancing and wear personal protect equipment (face masks and gloves) to help maintain a safe environment for both the client and the employee. In addition, we encourage all our clients to follow CDC safety guidelines, such as wearing masks in public, to help limit any possible spread. More broadly, we continue to follow the guidance from federal and local health officials to determine when it will be safe to fully reopen our U.S. stores. This will be a phased approach since some areas of the country are recovering faster than others.

Can I bring in or picking up a repair item, if not now, then when?

We ask that you refrain from bringing in or request a repair pick up at this time. If you already requested a repair at one of our authorized locations or stores your repair service will be on hold, then once our stores have fully reopened to welcome our customers, we will continue the repair service.

The Gucci DIY (Do It Yourself) program is a special collection including ready-to-wear, bags and accessories that can be customized with selected initials, colors, patches and materials. Wallets and totes from the coveted Ophidia line in GG Supreme canvas can be personalized with a single initial in leather, python, caiman or crystal-studded felt. What is Amazon Pay?

Amazon Pay allows you to complete your purchase by using the information stored in your Amazon account. You won't need to reenter your credit card information, and typing of your billing and shipping address on Gucci.com as your account information will be linked to your Amazon profile. How can I checkout using Amazon Pay?

Currently the Amazon Pay payment option is not available in Gucci stores or outlet locations.

 

How can I return an order I placed using Amazon Pay

All orders are subject to Gucci’s Online Return Policy. Your refund will be processed through the form of payment selected through your Amazon account. 

Orders purchased through Amazon Pay may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Gucci store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Gucci outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.

 

Will my Gucci.com order appear in my Amazon Orders?

Your Gucci.com order details will not appear under Your Orders on your Amazon account. However, you can find your Gucci order information within the Amazon Pay section of your account activity.

If you have a Gucci.com account, you are able to see all order information within your account. You can create a Gucci.com account here where you can track the status of your order and access your order details.

 

Will my order be shipped by Amazon?

Do you offer monthly payment plan options?

Gucci has partnered with Affirm to offer monthly payment plan options. Please see below for more information. 
 
What is Affirm?
 
Affirm is a payment solution that provides monthly payment plan options.
 
Through Affirm, you may pay for most items on Gucci.com on a month-to-month basis, excluding Pre-Order, DIY, Made to Order or personalized items. Items may not be less than $150 or exceed $17,500.
 
Use of the Affirm payment method is subject to credit check and approval by Affirm. A down payment may be required. Payment options may vary based on your purchase. Three-month payment plans are available for purchases under $750, three and six-month payment plans are available for purchases over $750, and twelve-month payment plans are available for purchases over $1,500. Affirm loans are made by Cross River Bank, a New Jersey State Chartered Commercial Bank, Member FDIC.
 
You can apply with Affirm for the service at checkout. You will need to provide some personal information to Affirm, including your name, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number. In most instances, you will receive an immediate decision by Affirm on your eligibility. You will be informed of the terms of your loan options—including APR and monthly payment amounts—before you decide on a plan.

How can I checkout using Affirm?
  1. At checkout, select the “monthly payments” tab in the payment section
  2. Confirm your billing information and order details
  3.  You will then be prompted by an Affirm pop-up to sign in or create an account with Affirm
  4.  Once your application is completed and if you are approved for a loan through Affirm, your order will be confirmed, processed and shipped
How many payments can I split my loan up into?
The number of payments depend on the monthly plan option you are enrolled for. Three- and six-month payment plans are available based on your purchase.
 
Which products are excluded from purchasing with Affirm?
Certain products may not be purchased using Affirm, including Pre-Order, DIY, Made to Order, personalized items and products valued at less than $150 or more than $17,500.
 
How can I return an order I placed using Affirm? Will I receive a full refund?  
All orders are subject to our Online Return Policy.   
Orders purchased through Affirm may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Gucci store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Your return must be received at the warehouse or in one of our Gucci stores within 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. 
According to your loan agreement with Affirm, your first payment will be due 30 days after your order has shipped. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 30 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.  
Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Gucci outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors. 
 
How can I exchange an item I purchased using Affirm?
At this time, Gucci.com cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise purchased using Affirm. We suggest you return the item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions and guidelines listed in our Online Return Policy and place a new order on Gucci.com using Affirm as payment option. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability and loan approval.
 
What if I want to cancel my order with Gucci and reuse my Affirm loan with Gucci or another company?
When applying with Affirm to purchase a product on Gucci.com, your loan will apply only for that specific purchase and may not be used for a new purchase with Gucci or another company. If you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. 
 
Can I use Affirm in Gucci stores or outlets? 
Currently the Affirm payment method is not available in Gucci stores or outlet locations.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

When will I be charged for my purchase?

For most items (excluding Made to Order, personalized items and 4Gift orders), you will not be charged until your order is shipped. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for $0.00 or $1.00 when you place your order. Once we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. Please allow up to two business days to prepare your order for shipment.

  

Made to Order items and personalized items require full payment at the time the order is placed. Once the order is received on Gucci.com, Gucci Client Services will contact you to confirm the order and process the payment. 4Gift orders will be processed by 4Gift and payments will be charged at the time the order is placed.

 

Affirm orders are subject to your loan agreement with Affirm. The first monthly payment will be charged 30 days after the shipment date. In some cases, a down payment will be required and will be charged when your order is placed.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Orders placed on Gucci.com are subject to applicable state, local and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed. The actual sales tax will be applied at the time of shipment and may vary from the estimated tax. You will not be charged for your order until it has shipped. 
 
Gucci collects the Simplified Sellers Use Tax on taxable transactions delivered to Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the Client’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Gucci’s program account number is SSU-R010266493. 
 
When you a create a group or individual gift through the 4Gift platform, sales tax will be estimated at 12%. The actual sales tax will be calculated when a shipping address is selected by the recipient and may vary from, but will not exceed, the estimated sales tax. If the final total is less than the estimated amount, each contributor will receive a prorated refund of the excess sales tax paid.
 

Do you accept or offer Gucci Gift Cards for sale on Gucci.com?

At this time, we do not accept Gucci gift cards as a form of payment or offer Gucci gift cards for sale on Gucci.com. Pre-paid cards (such as pre-paid Visa gift cards) are accepted as a form of payment.

How many units of each product may I purchase on Gucci.com?

You may purchase up to five items per style.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchange section.

Made to Order and personalized items, including DIY orders, cannot be canceled or modified. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

For the Holiday season, Gucci offers complimentary shipping and returns for all orders placed on Gucci.com. Delivery is guaranteed by December 24th for all available items ordered by 2pm EST on December 20th. Gucci's return policy will be extended to 45 days for purchases made between November 9th and December 15th. Complimentary gift wrapping and prepaid return labels for seamless refunds and are included with your purchase.

Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 2 pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 8pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Gucci cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Gucci’s control.

 

  • Pre-order, Back-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air—please allow for additional time for delivery of these items. 
  • Orders containing fragrances and Décor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  
  • Orders purchased through 4Gift are eligible for Premium Express Shipping only. Once the selection has been confirmed by the gift recipient, it will be shipped to the U.S. Address designated by the gift recipient at checkout.

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and provide your tracking number.

 

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a Client Advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby FedEx location for pickup.

FedEx will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. 

 

Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

The following delivery restrictions apply:

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us
  • Items purchased from the U.S. Gucci website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, you may shop from that country’s website or Contact Us and a Client Advisor will assist you. 
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 
  • Orders cannot be shipped to a Gucci store for pickup.
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items. 
  • Orders containing fragrances and décor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Can I modify my shipping address?

What is your online return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty products) from the date of delivery to the Gucci return address listed on the return shipping label or to a Gucci store in the United States (excluding Gucci outlet stores).  Please note, corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Gucci.com.

 

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.  For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.  No exceptions will be accepted.
  • Beauty products may only be returned if unopened and in their original cellophane wrapping within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached.  Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.
  • Made to Order, DIY and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, tights and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.
  • Décor items, such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.
  • Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.
 

How can I return a product I purchased online?

Returns may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the Online Return Policy requirements within 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty items) from the date of delivery to the Gucci return address listed on the return shipping label or to a Gucci store within the United States (excluding Gucci outlet stores).

Please follow the return instructions below:

Return by mail:

  1. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. 
  2. Print and include the invoice received in your shipping confirmation email.
  3. Note the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return.
  4. Attach the enclosed prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at a FedEx location. All returns are shipped via FedEx Ground. Shipping costs are complimentary. If for any reason you are unable to locate the prepaid label, please Contact Us. Your FedEx tracking number can be found on the prepaid shipping label. Please make note of this number for your records so you may track the status of your return. 
  5. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Gucci will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged (i) prior to acceptance by FedEx when utilizing the prepaid label provided by Gucci or (ii) in the event that the prepaid label provided by Gucci is not used for the return shipment.

 

Return in store:

  1. You may return your item to any Gucci store in the U.S. (excluding Gucci outlet stores).  Merchandise cannot be returned to department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc. 
  2. Please bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email.

What is your return policy for items purchased in store?

Gucci will accept exchanges or returns of eligible merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.
 
Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products, or fragrance and beauty products. 
 
Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Does Gucci offer digital gifts?

Gucci offers its own digital gifting experience in partnership with 4Gift. 4Gift is a digital gifting service that allows you to select and schedule a digital gift experience on the Gucci website and send the gift instantly or plan it in advance. This service allows a group to easily contribute to a team gift and send a gift together or an individual can send the gift solo. How do I send a digital gift?
To get started all you need is the recipient’s email address, then simply choose one of the selected products on Gucci.com and use the “Send Using 4Gift” button to start the gift creation process. Once you have registered or signed into your 4Gift account, you will be able to add the recipient’s information and set the date that they will be notified. If you chose to organize a group gift, each participant can add the perfect finishing touch with a virtual note that will be visible when the gift recipient redeems their gift. 
Gifts can be planned up to 30 days in advance and group gifters will have the opportunity to add their contributions up until the selected time. If your gift is canceled or the target amount is not reached by the notification date, all contributors will be refunded. 
Please note that payments will be collected through the 4Gift platform and can be completed using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, Maestro and PayPal.
 
How will the gift recipient receive the digital gift?
Once the target amount has been reached, the gift recipient will receive an email with a link to the 4Gift platform on the selected date and time. Before finalizing their gift, the recipient will have the option to select their preferred size (if applicable), choose between color variations, or exchange the product with a new item with the same value, if available on Gucci.com.
 
How will the gift recipient receive the purchase?
Once the gift recipient has entered the preferred delivery address in the U.S., we prepare the item for shipment and it will arrive in our signature packaging.
 
E-Gift Cards
At this time, we do not accept Gucci gift cards as a form of payment or offer Gucci gift cards for sale on Gucci.com. Pre-paid cards (such as pre-paid Visa gift cards) are accepted as a form of payment.

How can I request a repair of my Gucci watch?

If you wish to bring in your timepiece for repair, you can do so by choosing to drop off your timepiece at any Gucci store or authorized point of distribution found here or send in your timepiece via mail to one of our service centers. 
Please allow 2-4 weeks for our repair assessment and an additional 2–4 weeks for the repair. Once we have received the details of your repair request in our service center we will initiate the repair evaluation and a detailed repair charge estimate will be provided to you via email once the assessment has been completed. You will be notified about the estimated repair charge and you will provide your written approval to proceed before we initiate any next steps.
 
Send in your timepiece for repair by Mail
If you wish to mail in your Gucci Watch for repair, please follow below instructions for timepiece repairs. 
Please enclose the below items in your shipment
  • Your time piece securely packaged and ready to be shipped via secured mail to one of the below 4 Service Centers. The locations are listed by state so you may find the location that is closest to you.
  • A detailed repair request, including the type of repair needed
  • Your contact information, including name, postal address, phone number and an email address 
  • Your timepiece warranty card  
  • The original sales receipt
