Yes, the Collect In Store delivery option is free of charge.
Your order will be held in store for 14-days after you are notified it is ready to be collected. After this period, it will be refunded.
To collect your order, you should bring a form of I.D. and a physical or digital copy of the email notification you received confirming that your order is ready.
They will be asked for provide the following to collect your order: Purchaser’s government-issued photo ID, Representative’s government-issued photo ID, Original method of payment, PayPal, Apple Pay or Affirm confirmation, Ready for Collection email, Authorization form signed by you. Please note, all of the above documents must be original and copies will not be accepted.
There is no need to book an appointment. You can come to your chosen store any time during opening hours during the 14-day collection period.
As soon as you get to the store, just let a Client Advisor know and they will be happy to assist you.
With Find In Store, you can check an item’s availability in your preferred store. With Collect In Store, you are securing the item when you check out online.
