Does Gucci go on sale?

Gucci does not have sales, including black Friday sales and private sales. If you see Gucci items, not from an official Gucci retailer, being sold at discounted, sale or clearance prices, then chances are the item is counterfeit.

What are Made to Order items?
Made to Order items are custom-made only after an order has been requested. Once an order has been placed, Gucci Client Services will contact you to confirm your order details and payment. Your item will then be crafted exclusively for you.
 
Made to Order items include furniture from the Décor collection, such as chairs, stools and paneled screens.
 
Please note that once a Made to Order item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale. 
 
What are Pre-Order items?

Pre-Order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. Gucci Authenticity Tag cannot track or localize your position, and it can’t associate the product to your name. You can deactivate your Gucci Authenticity Tag anytime at any Gucci store. Find out more in dedicated the privacy policy.
Why is my Gucci Authenticity Tag not working? 
Are you using the Gucci App to log in? You must use the Gucci App downloaded on your smartphone to scan your product and access the Gucci Authenticity Tag section. Are you scanning in the right spot? Wallets and purses: Place your phone on the back of the product, 4cm from the bottom. Luggage: place the phone on the back of the product, 4 cm from the bottom of the padding or protective lining. Is your smartphone compatible with NFC technology? NFC technology is only available on compatible smartphones with the NFC reader active.
Can the Gucci Authenticity Tag be added or removed from products?
Gucci Authenticity Tag is a new service available exclusively on selected items from the latest collections that cannot be added or removed from products.

How can I return an order I placed using Amazon Pay

All orders are subject to Gucci’s Online Return Policy. Your refund will be processed through the form of payment selected through your Amazon account. 

Orders purchased through Amazon Pay may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Gucci store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Gucci outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.

 

Will my Gucci.com order appear in my Amazon Orders?

Quelles sont les différentes options d'expédition et leurs coûts respectifs ?

Nous proposons un mode d'expédition express gratuit pour toutes les commandes (à l’exception des livraisons avec option Samedi). À compter du moment où la commande quitte notre entrepôt, elle est livrée sous 8 à 10 jours ouvrables, du lundi au samedi (service valable seulement si l’option “livraison samedi” a été sélectionnée lors de la confirmation de la commande et où disponible) à l’exception du dimanche et des jours fériés. Gucci ne peut être tenu responsable des retards de livraison imprévus, indépendants de sa volonté.

Comment puis-je suivre ma commande ?

Gucci vous enverra plusieurs courriers électroniques au cours du processus de commande, pour vous informer du statut de votre achat. Veuillez noter que, pour des raisons de sécurité, nous ne communiquons pas de numéro de suivi mais uniquement des liens de suivi, dans le courriel de confirmation d'envoi. Vous recevrez un courriel de confirmation d'envoi contenant un lien de suivi, pour pouvoir suivre le statut de votre commande. Une signature est-elle nécessaire à réception de ma commande ?

 

Pour des raisons de sécurité, tous les achats faits sur gucci.com nécessitent la signature du client (ou d’un représentant adulte désigné par lui). Toutes les commandes sont livrées par UPS. Le transporteur pourra demander à la personne qui prend livraison du colis de lui présenter une pièce d’identité. Si personne n'est disponible pour signer le bon de livraison, le transporteur se présentera à la même adresse trois fois en tout, en général dans les jours ouvrables suivants. Si personne n'est disponible pour signer le bon de livraison lors de ces trois passages, et après 5 jours sans être contacté par vos soins, le colis sera renvoyé à Gucci. Gucci essaiera de prendre contact avec le client et de réexpédier le colis. En cas de non-livraison, Gucci annulera la commande et remboursera le client.

Une fois votre commande arrivée, nous vous informerons quand elle sera prête à être retirée. Vous disposerez de 14 jours pour passer en boutique pour récupérer votre commande. Il n’est pas nécessaire de prendre rendez-vous, il suffit d’informer un conseiller clientèle à votre arrivée et il vous guidera tout au long de la procédure. Si votre commande n’est pas retirée à l’issue de cette période, elle sera annulée et un remboursement sera effectué.

RETOURS ET ÉCHANGES D’ACHATS INTERNATIONAUX
Les achats internationaux ne peuvent pas faire l’objet d’un retour ou d’une demande de remboursement. Cependant, vous pouvez échanger les articles avec une preuve d’achat, à condition qu’ils répondent à toutes les exigences. L’échange sera basé sur le prix local à l’instant T : s’il y a une différence de prix due à la fiscalité locale, vous en serez redevable. Quelle est votre politique de retours ? De combien de jours est-ce que je dispose pour retourner un produit ?

Pour les commandes en ligne, Gucci rembourse l'intégralité du prix d'achat du produit lorsque le produit est retourné dans son état d'origine, sous réserve qu'il soit accompagné de l'original de la facture, de l'emballage Gucci original et de l'étiquette de sécurité retour/échange intacte, attachée au produit.

 

Vous devez informer Gucci de votre intention de retourner un produit dans les 14 jours suivant la date de livraison soit en : (i) retournant le produit, accompagné de l’original de la facture dûment complété, directement à Gucci, soit en (ii) envoyant à Gucci le formulaire téléchargeable ici ou toute autre déclaration non ambiguë puis en retournant à Gucci, dans un délai de 14 jours après la date à laquelle vous aurez envoyé le formulaire (ou toute autre déclaration non ambiguë) à Gucci, le produit accompagné de l’original de la facture dûment complété. 

Pour retourner votre achat, vous pouvez utiliser l’étiquette retour prépayée que vous trouverez dans chaque colis. Les remboursements sont effectués selon les mêmes modalités de paiement que celles de l'achat.

What is your return policy for items purchased in store?
Extended returns for the holiday season. Purchases made in-store from November 10 to December 25 will include extended complimentary returns until January 25.
 
Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.

HOW TO FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER OF MY WATCH
At Gucci we use a unique number to identify each watch, called a Serial Number, which consists of 8 numbers. 
 
You can find it engraved on the back of the case of your watch. 

 

How can I request a repair of my Gucci watch?
If you wish to bring in your timepiece for repair, you can do so by choosing to drop off your timepiece at any Gucci store or authorized point of distribution found here or send in your timepiece via mail to one of our service centers. 
Please allow 2-4 weeks for our repair assessment and an additional 2–4 weeks for the repair. Once we have received the details of your repair request in our service center we will initiate the repair evaluation and a detailed repair charge estimate will be provided to you via email once the assessment has been completed. You will be notified about the estimated repair charge and you will provide your written approval to proceed before we initiate any next steps.

How has my vintage item been treated?

Each rare and beautiful piece from Vault tells a unique story, narrated by the characteristics that it has developed over time. Selected by the Creative Director and Gucci archivists for their particularity and character, each item has been sanitized and reconditioned by in-house artisans. Throughout this process, utmost care has been taken to restore the item with respect to its original features.

What condition can I expect my vintage item to be in?

As soon as you hold a piece of the Vault, you begin to write a new chapter of its story—the beginning of a relationship that connects each owner with the next. While each item has been reconditioned by in-house artisans, each mark, crease or abrasion is a part of the item's story, the element that makes it like no other that should be expected and treasured. A selection of items has been hand-painted with a personalized design created by Gucci, making them truly one-of-a-kind pieces.
