Does Gucci go on sale?

Gucci does not have sales, including black Friday sales and private sales. If you see Gucci items, not from an official Gucci retailer, being sold at discounted, sale or clearance prices, then chances are the item is counterfeit.

What are Made to Order items?
Made to Order items are custom-made only after an order has been requested. Once an order has been placed, Gucci Client Services will contact you to confirm your order details and payment. Your item will then be crafted exclusively for you.
 
Made to Order items include furniture from the Décor collection, such as chairs, stools and paneled screens.
 
Please note that once a Made to Order item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale. 
 
What are Pre-Order items?

Pre-Order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. When purchasing a Pre-Order item you will be among the first to reserve a product in your preferred style and size. Estimated time frames are indicated on the product detail page and may take several weeks, potentially arriving sooner or later than estimated. What are Back-Order items?

Does Gucci Authenticity Tag track my location or my personal information? 
Gucci Authenticity Tag cannot track or localize your position, and it can’t associate the product to your name. You can deactivate your Gucci Authenticity Tag anytime at any Gucci store. Find out more in dedicated the privacy policy.
Why is my Gucci Authenticity Tag not working? 
Are you using the Gucci App to log in? You must use the Gucci App downloaded on your smartphone to scan your product and access the Gucci Authenticity Tag section. Are you scanning in the right spot? Wallets and purses: Place your phone on the back of the product, 4cm from the bottom. Luggage: place the phone on the back of the product, 4 cm from the bottom of the padding or protective lining. Is your smartphone compatible with NFC technology? NFC technology is only available on compatible smartphones with the NFC reader active.
Can the Gucci Authenticity Tag be added or removed from products?
Gucci Authenticity Tag is a new service available exclusively on selected items from the latest collections that cannot be added or removed from products.

What is Amazon Pay?

Amazon Pay allows you to complete your purchase by using the information stored in your Amazon account. You won't need to reenter your credit card information, and typing of your billing and shipping address on Gucci.com as your account information will be linked to your Amazon profile. How can I checkout using Amazon Pay?

How can I return an order I placed using Amazon Pay

All orders are subject to Gucci’s Online Return Policy. Your refund will be processed through the form of payment selected through your Amazon account. 

Orders purchased through Amazon Pay may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Gucci store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Gucci outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.

 

Will my Gucci.com order appear in my Amazon Orders?

Your Gucci.com order details will not appear under Your Orders on your Amazon account. However, you can find your Gucci order information within the Amazon Pay section of your account activity.

How many payments can I split my loan up into?
The number of payments depend on the monthly plan option you are enrolled for. Three- and six-month payment plans are available based on your purchase.
 
Which products are excluded from purchasing with Affirm?
Certain products may not be purchased using Affirm, including Pre-Order, DIY, Made to Order, personalized items and products valued at less than $150 or more than $17,500.
 
How can I return an order I placed using Affirm? Will I receive a full refund?  
All orders are subject to our Online Return Policy.   
Orders purchased through Affirm may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Gucci store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Your return must be received at the warehouse or in one of our Gucci stores within 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. 
For Affirm purchases, please anticipate 3-10 additional business days for your loan to be updated after your return has been processed.
According to your loan agreement with Affirm, your first payment will be due 30 days after your order has shipped. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 30 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.  
Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Gucci outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors. 
 
How can I exchange an item I purchased using Affirm?
At this time, Gucci.com cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise purchased using Affirm. We suggest you return the item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions and guidelines listed in our Online Return Policy and place a new order on Gucci.com using Affirm as payment option. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability and loan approval.
 
What if I want to cancel my order with Gucci and reuse my Affirm loan with Gucci or another company?
When applying with Affirm to purchase a product on Gucci.com, your loan will apply only for that specific purchase and may not be used for a new purchase with Gucci or another company. If you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

When will I be charged for my purchase?

For most items (excluding Made to Order and personalized items), you will not be charged until your order is shipped. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the full amount when you place your order. Once we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. Please allow up to two business days to prepare your order for shipment.

Made to Order items and personalized items require full payment at the time the order is placed. Once the order is received on Gucci.com, Gucci Client Services will contact you to confirm the order and process the payment.

 Affirm orders are subject to your loan agreement with Affirm. The first monthly payment will be charged 30 days after the shipment date. In some cases, a down payment will be required and will be charged when your order is placed.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders placed on Gucci.com are subject to applicable state, local and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed. The actual sales tax will be applied at the time of shipment and may vary from the estimated tax. You will not be charged for your order until it has shipped. 
 
Gucci collects the Simplified Sellers Use Tax on taxable transactions delivered to Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the Client’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Gucci’s program account number is SSU-R010266493. 
 
 
 
Do you accept or offer Gucci Gift Cards for sale on Gucci.com?

Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 4pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 8pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Gucci cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Gucci’s control.

 

  • Pre-order, Back-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.

  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, nail polish may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items. 
  • Orders containing nail polish and décor products will only be shipped within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

 

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a Client Advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby shipping center for pickup.

The courier will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse and automatically processed as a return. Contact Client Services to cooridinate your delivery.

 
Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

The following delivery restrictions apply:

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us
  • Items purchased from the U.S. Gucci website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, you may shop from that country’s website or Contact Us and a Client Advisor will assist you. 
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, nail polish may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items. 
  • Orders containing nail polish and décor products will only be shipped within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. 
  • Python and crocodile products may not be shipped to California.
How do I use the Collect In-Store service?

 At checkout you will be able to select Collect In-Store when choosing your shipping options. The new complementary delivery method is available at select stores by following three easy steps.

  • Add your item to your shopping bag
  • Choose Collect In-Store as your delivery method at checkout
  • Select the store of your choice
 
Once your order has arrived, we will notify you when it is ready to be collected. You will have 14 days to collect your order – an appointment is not required, just inform a Client Advisor once you arrive and they will guide you through the process. If it is not collected within this period, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

 

What do I need to bring with me to the store to pick up my Collect In Store order?

To collect your order, please bring:

  • Your government-issued photo ID
  • Ready for Collection email
Is someone collecting on your behalf?
They will be asked to provide the following to collect your order:

How can I return a product I purchased online?

SELF SERVICE ONLINE RETURN

Return using our self-service portal following these steps:

1. Start the return process by:

  • Clicking here,
  • Selecting “Return Item(s)” from your MY GUCCI account under My Orders, or
  • Clicking ‘Return’ through your delivery confirmation email.

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the prompts to process your return.

3. Once the return has been submitted, a confirmation will be emailed with a QR code and a prepaid shipping label attached.

4. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Please note the item(s) included in the package must match those you selected while generating the return request.

5. Please proceed with choosing one of the following options:

  • Download your prepaid shipping label from your MY GUCCI account,
  • Access prepaid shipping label in your return confirmation email, or
  • Access prepaid shipping label QR code in your return confirmation email.

6. For printed label returns, print the prepaid label and attach it to the package. Follow the instructions in the return confirmation email to either call to schedule a pickup or to bring the package to the nearest shipping center. For QR code returns, bring your package to nearest shipping center and print out the shipping label. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label or QR code are complimentary.

7. Track the return shipment through the confirmation email, through your MY GUCCI account, or via the tracking number on the printed shipping label.

8. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment.  You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note it may take up to 10-15 business days for the funds to be available in your account and that any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Returns 

Eligible returns of products purchased on Gucci.com may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, from the date of delivery to the Gucci return address listed on the return shipping label or to a Gucci store in the United States (excluding Gucci outlet stores).  Please note, corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Gucci.com.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise - including Gucci Beauty - that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie and swimwear products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact. 
  • Beauty products may only be returned if unopened within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached.  Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.
  • Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.
  • Made to Order, DIY and personalized items and lingerie products are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Décor items, such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.
  • Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.

All items must match those identified in return request.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for online purchases, you can make an exchange online by following the link in your order delivery confirmation email or signing into your MY GUCCI account and visiting your 'My Orders' section. Alternatively, you can contact a Client Advisor at +1.877.482.2430 or visit a Gucci store. Returned merchandise must meet the conditions and guidelines listed in the Online Return Policy in order to be accepted for an exchange. Please note exchanges are subject to merchandise availability.

Exchanges made online are only applicable for a different size of the same item purchased and for equal or lesser value items.

Where can I return or exchange a Collect In-Store item?
We offer a 30 day return/exchange window in-store or by contacting Client Services. The return window starts on the day when your item was made available for collection.  
Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact.Please note, Made-to-order and personalized items are not returnable.
What is your return policy for items purchased in store?
Extended returns for the holiday season. Purchases made in-store from November 10 to December 25 will include extended complimentary returns until January 25.
 
Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.

Full price merchandise purchased at Outlet locations can be exchanged in any Gucci store in the United States (excluding department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc.)
 
Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products, or fragrance and beauty products. 
 
Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Outlet locations will only accept exchanges.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover prepaid gift cards will be reimbursed to the original card used. 

Orders purchased using Affirm are subject to the loan agreement. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 45 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

How do I exchange an item I purchased online?
SELF SERVICE ONLINE EXCHANGE
Exchange for a different size using our self-service portal following these steps:
1. Start the exchange process by:
  •  Selecting “Exchange Item(s)” from your MY GUCCI account under My Orders, or
  •  Clicking ‘Exchange’ through your delivery confirmation email.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to exchange and follow the prompts to process your exchange.
3. Once the exchange has been submitted, a confirmation will be emailed with a QR code and a prepaid shipping label attached.
4. Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging. Please note the item(s) included in the package must match those you selected while generating the exchange request.
5. Please proceed with choosing one of the following options:
  •  Download your prepaid shipping label from your MY GUCCI account,
  •  Access prepaid shipping label in your return confirmation email, or
  •  Access prepaid shipping label QR code in your return confirmation email.
6. For printed label returns, print the prepaid label and attach it to the package. Follow the instructions in the exchange confirmation email to either call to schedule a pickup or to bring the package to the nearest shipping center. HOW TO FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER OF MY WATCH
At Gucci we use a unique number to identify each watch, called a Serial Number, which consists of 8 numbers.

How can I request a repair of my Gucci watch?
If you wish to bring in your timepiece for repair, you can do so by choosing to drop off your timepiece at any Gucci store or authorized point of distribution found here or send in your timepiece via mail to one of our service centers. 
Please allow 2-4 weeks for our repair assessment and an additional 2–4 weeks for the repair. Once we have received the details of your repair request in our service center we will initiate the repair evaluation and a detailed repair charge estimate will be provided to you via email once the assessment has been completed. You will be notified about the estimated repair charge and you will provide your written approval to proceed before we initiate any next steps.

Each rare and beautiful piece from Vault tells a unique story, narrated by the characteristics that it has developed over time. Throughout this process, utmost care has been taken to restore the item with respect to its original features.

What condition can I expect my vintage item to be in?

As soon as you hold a piece of the Vault, you begin to write a new chapter of its story—the beginning of a relationship that connects each owner with the next. While each item has been reconditioned by in-house artisans, each mark, crease or abrasion is a part of the item's story, the element that makes it like no other that should be expected and treasured. A selection of items has been hand-painted with a personalized design created by Gucci, making them truly one-of-a-kind pieces. Les poignées noires de nos sacs sont fabriquées en polyester 100 % recyclé et sont nouées, pour éviter l’utilisation de colles et faciliter la séparation des matériaux. Les housses de protection et les housses de transport de costumes sont fabriquées en coton régénéré. Les rubans sont en coton biologique à 100 %, et les cintres sont en polystyrène recyclé.

Les emballages utilisés pour le e-commerce ont été optimisés en remplaçant le plastique contenu dans les colis par du papier provenant de ressources gérées de manière durable. Les boîtes ont quant à elles été repensées pour faciliter leur réutilisation.

L'emballage des produits achetés en boutique intègre du papier et du carton provenant de sources responsables. Afin de faciliter le recyclage, les poignées de nos sacs sont fabriquées en papier, ce qui fait de notre sac un produit monomatériau. Les housses de protection et les housses de transport de costumes sont conçues en nylon recyclé. Pour les produits Gucci achetés en ligne, nous avons également mis en place des innovations spécifiques liées à l'emballage destiné à l'expédition : boîte extérieure, produits de remplissage et bandes adhésives fabriqués en papier issu de sources gérées de manière responsable ; boîte extérieure réutilisable pour les retours ; emballage polyvalent, conçu pour s'adapter au mieux au produit qu'il contient afin d'optimiser le transport, réduisant ainsi le nombre de véhicules nécessaires et donc notre empreinte carbone.
Comment est-ce que Gucci promeut l’économie circulaire ?

Gucci souhaite à l’avenir intégrer les principes de l’économie circulaire dans son processus de conception et de création. En soutien à cette stratégie, le recours à des matériaux recyclés et régénérés s’accélère dans toutes les collections, tandis que le recyclage et la réutilisation du plastique s’étendent à l’ensemble de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. La Maison a également augmenté l’utilisation de fibres et de matériaux dérivés des déchets textiles post-industriels, tels que les fils et les tissus non utilisés. Est-ce que Gucci propose des produits qui ne sont pas d’origine animale ?

Gucci garantit le respect des normes les plus strictes en matière de bien-être animal et de toutes les lois et réglementations en vigueur. Depuis l’interdiction de la fourrure en octobre 2017 (cf. réponse à la question « Est-ce que Gucci utilise de la vraie fourrure ? »), l’offre de produits qui ne sont pas d’origine animale a été étoffée à l’aide d’options durables, notamment de plusieurs alternatives au cuir comme Demetra. Ce matériau contient au moins 70 % de matières premières végétales et de sources renouvelables (viscose, pâte de bois, polyuréthane bio). Il est entièrement produit dans une usine Gucci en Italie. Le savoir-faire et les procédés utilisés sont les mêmes que pour le tannage du cuir, ils confèrent à cette matière souplesse, résistance et malléabilité. Depuis juin 2020, les clients peuvent découvrir toutes les caractéristiques durables des produits Gucci sur Gucci.com.
