How do I know my size?

Fit Predictor is available for our ready-to-wear and shoes. This tool allows you to determine your Gucci size by comparing it to the size you wear in other designers. How do I know if a product I have is authentic? Does Gucci guarantee the authenticity of all products sold on Gucci.com?
Gucci products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. “Made in Italy” is an integral part of the essence of Gucci. How does my Gucci x Oura Ring work and what can it do?
How are my body signals monitored?
Advanced sensors on the inner band work together to monitor key body signals. In order to provide the most accurate data and insights, it is recommended to wear the Gucci x Oura ring 24/7 on your index finger with the sensors on the palm side of your hand. Each full battery charge will last up to 7 days and the ring is water resistant up to 100 meters (~330 ft.).
What can I track?
The Gucci x Oura ring tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, temperature, and can predict your period. By analyzing over 20 different body signals such as your sleep patterns, recent activity, heart rate variability, and body temperature, it provides a Readiness, Sleep, and Activity Score. Designed to help discover what works for your body and lifestyle, Readiness gives holistic insight into how well your body is recovering.
You can find all of your scores inside the free Gucci x Oura app for iOS and Android. In the app, there is a selection of over 50 audio sessions for meditation, sleep, focus, energy boosts, and more. The more you listen, the more the app will identify which sessions work best for you and your body.
Will my data remain private?
Your data will be processed by Oura and will be protected according to GDPR requirements and industry-wide best practices, using Spring Security, OAuth2 secure authentication protocol, and data encryption.
Should I purchase my usual Gucci ring size?
No, there is a virtual ring sizing tool on the product page you should use to determine your size. The virtual sizing tool will allow you to determine your Gucci x Oura Ring size in multiple ways whether you already own a ring that fits you well, know your Oura Ring size (i.e. have used an Oura product before), need to measure the size of your finger or consult a conversion chart. If you are still unsure about your size, you can visit select stores to try on with a dedicated Client Advisor or contact us for guidance.
What is Oura membership and is it included?
The Gucci x Oura Ring includes a lifetime membership and it will continue you as long as you keep the same active Oura account.

What is Amazon Pay?
Amazon Pay allows you to complete your purchase by using the information stored in your Amazon account. You won't need to reenter your credit card information, and typing of your billing and shipping address on Gucci.com as your account information will be linked to your Amazon profile. Simply log in with your Amazon account username and password and select from the information already stored in Amazon.
How can I checkout using Amazon Pay?
Once you’ve added items to your cart, the Amazon Pay button will appear.
First-time users paying through Amazon Pay on Gucci.com must accept Amazon’s Terms & Conditions before proceeding to payment.
After you have logged into your Amazon account, you will be able to select from the payment, billing and shipping information already stored.
Can I use Amazon Pay in Gucci stores or outlets?
Currently the Amazon Pay payment option is not available in Gucci stores or outlet locations.
How can I return an order I placed using Amazon Pay?
All orders are subject to Gucci’s Online Return Policy. Your refund will be processed through the form of payment selected through your Amazon account.
Orders purchased through Amazon Pay may be returned by mail to the warehouse or in-person at a Gucci store. In-store returns will be packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing. To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. Items may not be returned to or exchanged at Gucci outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.
Will my Gucci.com order appear in my Amazon Orders?
Your Gucci.com order details will not appear under Your Orders on your Amazon account. However, you can find your Gucci order information within the Amazon Pay section of your account activity.
If you have a Gucci.com account, you are able to see all order information within your account. You can create a Gucci.com account here where you can track the status of your order and access your order details.
Will my order be shipped by Amazon?

When will I be charged for my purchase?
For most items (excluding Made to Order and personalized items), you will not be charged until your order is shipped. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the full amount when you place your order. Once we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. Please allow up to two business days to prepare your order for shipment.
Made to Order items and personalized items require full payment at the time the order is placed. Once the order is received on Gucci.com, Gucci Client Services will contact you to confirm the order and process the payment.
Affirm orders are subject to your loan agreement with Affirm. The first monthly payment will be charged 30 days after the shipment date. In some cases, a down payment will be required and will be charged when your order is placed.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Do you accept or offer Gucci Gift Cards for sale on Gucci.com?
At this time, we do not accept Gucci gift cards as a form of payment or offer Gucci gift cards for sale on Gucci.com. Pre-paid cards (such as pre-paid Visa gift cards) are accepted as a form of payment.
How many units of each product may I purchase on Gucci.com?
You may purchase up to five items per style.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchange section.
Pre-orders and back-orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us.
Made to Order and personalized items, including DIY orders, cannot be canceled or modified. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

If your delivery address falls outside of our serviceable areas for overnight shipping, standard shipping times will apply.
Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 4pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 8pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Gucci cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Gucci’s control.
- Pre-order, Back-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.
- Embossed items will ship through Premium Express. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered.
- Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, nail polish may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items.
- Orders containing nail polish and décor products will only be shipped within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
How can I track my order status?
Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a Client Advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby shipping center for pickup.
The courier will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse and automatically processed as a return. Contact Client Services to cooridinate your delivery.
Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?
The following delivery restrictions apply:
- Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us.
- Items purchased from the U.S. Gucci website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, you may shop from that country’s website or Contact Us and a Client Advisor will assist you.
- Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
- Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, nail polish may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items.
- Orders containing nail polish and décor products will only be shipped within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
- Python and crocodile products may not be shipped to California.
How do I use the Collect In-Store service?
At checkout you will be able to select Collect In-Store when choosing your shipping options. The new complementary delivery method is available at select stores by following three easy steps.

How can I return a product I purchased online?
SELF SERVICE ONLINE RETURN
Return using our self-service portal following these steps:
1. Start the return process by:
- Clicking here,
- Selecting “Return Item(s)” from your MY GUCCI account under My Orders, or
- Clicking ‘Return’ through your delivery confirmation email.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and follow the prompts to process your return.
3. Once the return has been submitted, a confirmation will be emailed with a QR code and a prepaid shipping label attached.
4. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Please note the item(s) included in the package must match those you selected while generating the return request.
5. Please proceed with choosing one of the following options:
- Download your prepaid shipping label from your MY GUCCI account,
- Access prepaid shipping label in your return confirmation email, or
- Access prepaid shipping label QR code in your return confirmation email.
6. For printed label returns, print the prepaid label and attach it to the package. Follow the instructions in the return confirmation email to either call to schedule a pickup or to bring the package to the nearest shipping center. For QR code returns, bring your package to nearest shipping center and print out the shipping label. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label or QR code are complimentary.
7. Track the return shipment through the confirmation email, through your MY GUCCI account, or via the tracking number on the printed shipping label.
8. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note it may take up to 10-15 business days for the funds to be available in your account and that any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

It is not possible to return or request a refund for international purchases. However, you can exchange items with proof of purchase, as long as they meet all requirements. The exchange will be based on the current local price: if there is a difference in price due to local tax rates, you will need to pay the difference. Please note that for international exchanges, we cannot credit the tax from your original purchase.
What is your online return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
Returns
Eligible returns of products purchased on Gucci.com may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, from the date of delivery to the Gucci return address listed on the return shipping label or to a Gucci store in the United States (excluding Gucci outlet stores). Please note, corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Gucci.com.
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
- All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise - including Gucci Beauty - that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie and swimwear products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.
- Beauty products may only be returned if unopened within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.
- Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.
- Made to Order, DIY and personalized items and lingerie products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Décor items, such as chairs or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.
- Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.
All items must match those identified in return request.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for online purchases, you can make an exchange online by following the link in your order delivery confirmation email or signing into your MY GUCCI account and visiting your 'My Orders' section. Alternatively, you can contact a Client Advisor at +1.877.482.2430 or visit a Gucci store. Returned merchandise must meet the conditions and guidelines listed in the Online Return Policy in order to be accepted for an exchange. Please note exchanges are subject to merchandise availability.
Exchanges made online are only applicable for a different size of the same item purchased and for equal or lesser value items.
The exchange window for online purchases is 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty items) from the date of delivery.
Can I return an item that I bought online to a Gucci boutique?
Items purchased online may be returned, in accordance with the Online Return Policy requirements, within 30 days (10 days in the case of beauty products) from the date of delivery, to any Gucci store in Canada (excluding Gucci outlet stores or department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc.). To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

Where can I return or exchange a Collect In-Store item?
What is your return policy for items purchased in store?
Full price merchandise purchased at Outlet locations can be exchanged in any Gucci store in the United States (excluding department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, etc.)
Outlet locations will only accept exchanges.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover prepaid gift cards will be reimbursed to the original card used.
Orders purchased using Affirm are subject to the loan agreement. If your return is processed within 30 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 45 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

How has my vintage item been treated?
Each rare and beautiful piece from Vault tells a unique story, narrated by the characteristics that it has developed over time. Selected by the Creative Director and Gucci archivists for their particularity and character, each item has been sanitized and reconditioned by in-house artisans. Throughout this process, utmost care has been taken to restore the item with respect to its original features.
What condition can I expect my vintage item to be in?
As soon as you hold a piece of the Vault, you begin to write a new chapter of its story—the beginning of a relationship that connects each owner with the next. While each item has been reconditioned by in-house artisans, each mark, crease or abrasion is a part of the item's story, the element that makes it like no other that should be expected and treasured. A selection of items has been hand-painted with a personalized design created by Gucci, making them truly one-of-a-kind pieces. Sämtliches Papier- und Pappmaterial wird aus verantwortungsvoll bewirtschafteten Quellen bezogen. Um die Wiederverwertung zu erleichtern, wird das Papier nicht beschichtet. Die Henkel der Torchon-Einkaufstasche bestehen zu 100 % aus recyceltem Polyester und werden geknotet, um den Einsatz von Klebstoff zu vermeiden und die spätere Trennung der Komponenten zu erleichtern. Staubschutzhüllen und Anzugüberzüge werden aus regenerierter Baumwolle hergestellt. Die Bänder bestehen zu 100 % aus Biobaumwolle und die Bügel aus recyceltem Polystyrol.
Wir haben unsere Verpackungen im E-Commerce optimiert, indem wir den Kunststoff beim Versand unserer Produkte durch Papier aus nachhaltig bewirtschafteten Quellen ersetzt sowie die Kartons für eine einfachere Wiederverwendung neu gestaltet haben.
