Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or available for download in your MY GUCCI account.
Collect In Store Returns and Exchanges For Collect in Store orders, returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days in-store or by contacting Client Services .
The return window begins on the date your item is made available for collection.
Back Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
Pre-order and Made to Order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Express delivery once they become available.
