Ci sono due modi per richiedere un reso:

- Visitando la sezione Dettagli ordine del tuo account MY GUCCI e selezionando "Restituisci articolo"; questa funzione sarà disponibile per 30 giorni non appena l'articolo sarà stato consegnato.
Puoi effettuare un reso sia con l'etichetta di spedizione sia senza l'etichetta di spedizione.
- Il numero di tracciamento del corriere è riportato nell'etichetta di spedizione prepagata. Puoi utilizzarlo per seguire i resi visitando "MyDHL+" al seguente link https://mydhl.express.dhl o utilizzando l'app mobile 'DHL Express'.
- Nel caso in cui non ricevessi l'etichetta di spedizione o se non fosse scaricabile dal tuo account MY GUCCI, contattaci.
- Gucci non può essere ritenuta responsabile nel caso in cui decidessi di utilizzare un servizio di corriere diverso da quello sopra elencato.
Senza etichetta di spedizione
Visita "MyDHL+" al seguente link https://mydhl.express.dhl o utilizza l'app "DHL Express Mobile App" e scegli il paese da cui desideri effettuare il reso. Quindi, scegli come preferisci effettuare il reso: con ritiro a domicilio o consegnando a un punto di raccolta.
Ritiro
Pianifica il ritiro scegliendo la fascia oraria che preferisci. Mostra al corriere DHL il codice QR che ti è stato inviato per email, senza bisogno di stamparlo.
Consegna presso un punto di ritiro DHL
Puoi portare i tuoi articoli presso un punto di ritiro DHL durante gli orari di apertura. Alcuni richiedono la stampa dell'etichetta di reso, mentre altri supportano la consegna digitale con il codice QR. Cerca l'icona dedicata mentre scegli il punto di ritiro DHL che preferisci.
Ti ricordiamo che:
- Il codice QR e l'etichetta di reso ti verranno inviati tramite email. Se hai effettuato la registrazione a MY GUCCI, puoi anche scaricarli dalla sezione "I miei ordini".

Effettua un reso in negozio

Gli articoli restituiti devono soddisfare le seguenti condizioni affinché il rimborso possa essere effettuato:
- Tutti gli articoli (inclusi i prodotti Gucci Beauty) devono essere restituiti nelle loro condizioni originali, con etichette intatte attaccate. La merce indossata, usata, alterata o danneggiata non sarà accettata. Per quanto riguarda gli articoli di lingerie, anche la protezione dell'intimo, quando prevista, deve essere del tutto integra.
- I resi degli articoli con un'etichetta di reso saranno accettati soltanto se l'etichetta non è stata rimossa.

Come effettuo un cambio?
Per effettuare il cambio un articolo tramite corriere:
- Per cambiare il tuo articolo con lo stesso articolo di una taglia diversa, segui il link nell'e-mail di conferma dell'ordine o accedi e vai su "I miei ordini". Per altri tipi di cambio, contattaci.
- Una volta che la richiesta di cambio è stata approvata, l'etichetta di spedizione prepagata ti verrà inviata tramite e-mail.
- Riponi il tuo articolo all’interno della sua confezione originale, includendo la borsa in cotone, tutti gli accessori, il libretto di istruzioni, i cartellini e l'etichetta di restituzione. Ti ricordiamo che il tuo articolo deve essere in condizioni pari a quelle originali di acquisto e avvolto dalla confezione protettiva ancora intatta (se applicabile).
- Stampa e incolla l'etichetta di spedizione prepagata sul pacco e organizza il ritiro contattando direttamente il corriere al numero indicato nell'e-mail di richiesta di reso o nella pagina di ringraziamento per il reso che viene visualizzata al termine della procedura di reso online. Puoi anche organizzare il ritiro visitando "MyDHL+" al seguente link https://mydhl.express.dhl o utilizzando l'app mobile "DHL Express". Per prima cosa seleziona il paese in cui verrà ritirato il tuo ordine, quindi seleziona la scheda "Richiedere ritiro" utilizzando il numero della bolla di accompagnamento riportata sull'etichetta di reso.

Gucci commits to reduce environmental impact and protect biodiversity through minimizing the use of plastic with the choice of more sustainable materials.
What is Gucci’s brand strategy about precious stones and metal sourcing?
Gucci is committed to sustainably source all precious stones and metal used for its products. To mitigate the environmental impact associated with the mining and extraction of virgin raw materials, the House is committed to maximizing the use of recycled precious metals for accessories’ hardware and jewelry by 2025.
Does Gucci have a sustainability commitment on packaging use?
All paper and cardboard come from responsibly managed sources. In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, the paper is not coated. The torchon shopping bag handles are made of 100% recycled polyester and are knotted to avoid the use of glues and for an easier separation of components. Dust bags and suit carriers are made of regenerated cotton. Ribbons are 100% organic cotton and hangers are made of recycled polystyrene.
We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse.

Does Gucci offer animal-free products?
Gucci guarantees the highest standards of animal welfare and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Since the ban of fur in October 2017 (see answer to the F.A.Q. “Does Gucci use real fur?”), the animal-free offering has been increased using sustainable options, including a series of alternatives to leather like Demetra. What is the short explanation of NFTs?
NFT stands for non-fungible token. Each token represents rights to a unique digital asset or collectible such as an avatar, wearable, skin or piece of digital art. You need a digital wallet and cryptocurrency or a digital currency in order to purchase one. Your cryptocurrency is managed by a special technology which is referred to as a blockchain—refer to question 5 in order to find out how to obtain your own NFT.
What is an NFT?
An NFT is a non-fungible token, the ownership of which is recorded on a blockchain and which is purchased using a digital wallet. You can think of the blockchain as a digital ledger of transactions that exists online, which ensures that each NFT has only one owner at any given time and keeps a record of the history of a token’s ownership. A smart contract is computer code that is associated with an NFT and runs on the blockchain. It is self-executing code which is used to create or “mint” the NFT and which controls the function and transfer of the NFT, and information regarding the terms of sale and resale of the NFT between the buyers and sellers, including any resale royalty. Each NFT is like an original piece of art or a specific instance of a signed series of numbered prints. While you can take a picture or buy a replica of a piece of art, each token has a unique ID and represents a specific instance of the digital work. This uniqueness creates provable scarcity which creates value for the NFT. Essentially, an NFT is associated with a digital asset and is purchased using a digital currency. These digital assets are most commonly unique items such as digital collectibles like avatars, wearables, skins or digital art, However, NFTs may also provide access to a community or project benefits.
What can I do with an NFT?
Once you have your NFT, you are 100% the owner of the token. Therefore, you can keep it, give it or trade it with others, just like a physical collectible. However, often there is only a limited license to the digital asset associated with the NFT and the creator(s) retain the intellectual property (including copyrights and trademarks) associated with the digital asset. The license specifies what you can and cannot do with the digital asset and the associated intellectual property. Often, the license provides the right to display the digital asset for personal, non-commercial use or to transfer the NFT to a third party on a secondary market. But the license terms can vary. It is important to read the license to understand what you can and cannot legally do with the digital asset and associated intellectual property.
What is a digital wallet and how do I get one?
A digital wallet is typically a piece of software that is used to transact with cryptocurrency and tokens. You don't actually store cryptocurrency or NFTs in your wallet. Each wallet has a unique wallet ID (referred to as a public key). Each NFT has a unique token ID. The blockchain records ownership of an NFT by associating its unique token ID with a unique wallet ID and storing that record on the blockchain. To buy or sell an NFT, the wallet owner must enter a private key (which is like a password) to authorize the transaction via the wallet. The public and private keys are cryptographically generated. With most digital wallets, you hold the keys and are in charge of your own assets. Your assets are only as safe as your private key, so it is advisable to back it up and not share it with anyone. Never give your Secret Recovery Phrase or your private key(s) to anyone or any site, unless you want them to have full control over your assets. To make the process of setting up a wallet user-friendly, there are many software wallets, such as Metamask, which equip you with a wallet address, key vault, secure login, and backup options to manage your digital assets securely. How do I set up a Metamask wallet?
Open Google Chrome, Firefox or Brave on your computer and install the Metamask browser extension. Alternatively, download and install the Metamask App for iPhone or Android .
Open the app and choose “Create Wallet”. Create a username and password. Important: Make sure you safely record your Secret Recovery Phrase and store it somewhere secret and safe, as this is the only way to recover your wallet if you lose your device, or ever need to install it on another computer.
Why do I have to manage my own wallet?
We want to be sure that you can be the real owner of your NFTs, in the same way that you are the owner of physical Gucci items. This is why we want you to have your own wallet and feel comfortable controlling your own NFTs.
Can you tell me more about cryptocurrency?
Cryptocurrency is a digital currency or, more technically, a store of value that uses blockchain security to record and secure online transactions. Cryptocurrency can be used to buy goods and services. Most commonly, cryptocurrency is used to buy unique digital items such as digital collectibles like avatars, wearables, skins, or art, but more and more business are beginning to accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment. Cryptocurrency can be purchased with fiat currency (e.g., dollars) on various platforms. You should exercise caution and research in determining which kind of cryptocurrency to purchase because not all projects comply with various regulations. Ethereum (ETH) is a cryptocurrency that is accepted on the Gucci Vault.
How do I purchase ETH (Ethereum)?
You can purchase ETH through an online exchange such as Kraken, Coinbase or directly through Metamask. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be able to access your funds through Metamask or another compatible digital wallet to purchase an NFT. Please keep in mind that there are limits on how much you can buy and sell based on your account and the platform you are using.
Which are the most used blockchains and what is gas?
Ethereum is the most frequently used blockchain. It requires “gas” to use—you can think of this as being similar to a processing fee for each transaction. You must have enough ETH in your wallet for the cost of your purchase and the gas. The gas fee enables your transaction to be processed on this network and to be stored on the blockchain. The gas fee per transaction can fluctuate based on network supply and demand. You can set a gas limit as the maximum amount of gas you are willing to use on any given transaction. If the actual amount of gas needed turns out to be lower than the limit you specified, the remaining gas will be returned to you. But if your limit is too low, either your transaction will not be processed or the transaction will fail and you may lose that gas. What is an NFT marketplace?
Following the end of the primary sales, your NFTs are automatically visible and tradeable on OpenSea – the leading open NFT marketplace - and potentially on other platforms. NFT marketplaces enable creators and collectors to buy, sell and create. After connecting your wallet, you can purchase, auction or sell a wide range of NFTs.

Yes, the opportunity to request a handcrafted ceramic statue is included with each NFT. The physical element will continue to be optional for the second NFT drop.
