Returns may be made by mail or in store. The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return items by selecting "Return this Item" from your MY GUCCI account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY GUCCI account.
Items must remain in their original condition with all labels attached and intact.

COME PRENDERE LE MISURE
Per selezionare la misura di scarpa corretta segui questi passaggi per misurare i tuoi piedi, fai poi riferimento alla colonna lunghezza piede nella guida alle taglie:
- Indossa calzini o collant che porti solitamente con questo tipo di scarpa.
- Posizionati in piedi su una superficie piatta con il tallone contro una parete. Se necessario, chiedi a qualcun altro di aiutarti con le misure.
- Prendi le misure dalla base del tallone, tenendolo appoggiato al muro, fino alla punta del dito più lungo.
- Misura entrambi i piedi e utilizza la lunghezza del piede più lungo come riferimento nella guida alle taglie.
