GUCCI GIFT CARD

The Gift Card is issued by Luxury Goods Arabia Limited (hereinafter "Gucci"), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Saudi Arabia, with registered office in Level 7, Al Murjanah Tower, Prince Sultan Street Corner, Al Khayyal Street, PO Box 10113, Jeddah 21433.

The Gift Card can be used only in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the “Gucci boutiques” of:

Riyadh – Kingdom Mall

Riyadh – Faisaliah Mall

Riyadh – Solitaire Mall

Jeddah – Al Khayat Mall

Only Gift Cards issued in the Gucci Boutiques are subject to these General Conditions of Use.

The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone presenting it in Gucci Boutiques.

The Gift Card is valid for 42 months (end of month) from the date of purchase (“Initial Term”). Upon expiry of the Initial Term, the Gift Card can be renewed for another 42 months by requesting it in a Gucci Boutique and presenting the expired Gift Card (“Renewed Term”) no later than (30) days following the expiry of the Initial Term. The customer agrees that any remaining funds on the Gift Card upon conclusion of the Renewed Term shall be forfeited to the sole benefit of Gucci and will no longer be available for the customer to use. The customer hereby releases and waives any and all claims, rights, or entitlements to the unused funds and fully absolves Gucci from any further obligations or liabilities in connection with the Gift Card.

The credit on the Gift Card cannot be converted into cash, nor can it be credited to a credit card or bank account. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

The Gift Card can be used once or more for the purchase of any product on sale in Gucci Boutiques. The price of the products purchased using the Gift Card will be deducted from the initial credit from time to time, until it is exhausted. More than one Gift Card may be used for the same purchase.

Transactions (i.e. the purchase of Gift Cards and the use of one or more Gift Cards for a single purchase) with a value exceeding the regulatory threshold will be subject to verification of the identity of the buyer in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

If the Gift Card credit is insufficient to purchase the desired product(s), the missing amount shall be paid with other means of payment accepted by Gucci Boutiques.

Gucci is not liable in case of loss, theft or destruction of the Gift Card or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. If lost or stolen, the Gift Card cannot be replaced by Gucci with another of equal value.

Gucci reserves the right to reject any altered, damaged or illegible Gift Card without any refund to the customer.

Any refund/exchange of goods purchased in store with a Gift Card shall be made in accordance with Gucci’s usual refund and exchange policy .

We may from time to time take such actions and/or make such changes that we consider to be necessary for the purposes of protecting funds from misuse, fraud prevention, overcoming operational difficulties, complying with applicable law or regulation, or improving the functioning of the Gift Card. These may include (but are not limited to):

• Making changes to these General Conditions of Use.

• Cancelling the Gift Card and refunding any balance due.
