Products pre-ordered or made-to-order will be shipped using Premium Express service on the estimated date stated on the product's description page.
Returns are always free, and you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return it through either Home Delivery or Collect In-Store. You can do this by selecting "Return this Item" on your MY GUCCI account, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email, or you can access it from your MY GUCCI account. Follow the provided instructions to schedule a pickup with the courier.
Alternatively, you can return your purchase in-store.
Exchanges are also available at no cost within 30 days of delivery. To exchange for a different size of the same item, click the link in your order confirmation email or log into MY GUCCI and go to the 'My Orders' section. For other types of exchanges, please contact us or visit a Gucci store.
Made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Mesure du tour de hanches
- Prenez la mesure au niveau de votre taille naturelle, juste au-dessus de votre nombril et en dessous de votre cage thoracique.
- Si vous obtenez une mesure en pouces, reportez-vous au guide des tailles ci-dessous pour déterminer votre taille Gucci. Votre taille de jeans peut servir de référence complémentaire. Si vous êtes entre deux tailles, nous vous recommandons de choisir la plus grande des deux tailles.
- Si vous souhaitez porter la ceinture au niveau de la taille, nous vous recommandons de consulter les suggestions de taille de pantalon et de choisir une taille en dessous de la vôtre. Par exemple, si vous portez un jean taille 28, commandez une ceinture GUCCI 95 pour un port sur les hanches ou GUCCI 90 pour un port à la taille.
