Does Gucci go on sale?

Gucci does not have sales, including black Friday sales and private sales. If you see Gucci items, not from an official Gucci retailer, being sold at discounted, sale or clearance prices, then chances are the item is counterfeit.

Where are Gucci products made?

Gucci products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. Most Gucci products are made in Italy. Exceptions include watches, which are mainly manufactured in Switzerland, fragrances which are produced in France and the UK, cosmetics that come from the EU and some eyewear produced in Japan.

How do I know if a product I have is authentic? Does Gucci guarantee the authenticity of all products sold on Gucci.com?

Gucci products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. “Made in Italy” is an integral part of the essence of Gucci. It is a cultural approach, a know-how that took generations to build, and a genuine mission that has allowed Gucci to become one of the world’s most desirable luxury fashion brands. Counterfeit Gucci products are replicas or imitations of authentic Gucci products that are aimed at misleading consumers and can be of poor quality, lacking the details and the craftsmanship which characterize authentic Gucci goods.

We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased on Gucci.com and in Gucci stores.

Does Gucci Authenticity Tag track my location or my personal information? 
Gucci Authenticity Tag cannot track or localize your position, and it can’t associate the product to your name. You can deactivate your Gucci Authenticity Tag anytime at any Gucci store. Find out more in dedicated the privacy policy.
Why is my Gucci Authenticity Tag not working? 
Are you using the Gucci App to log in? You must use the Gucci App downloaded on your smartphone to scan your product and access the Gucci Authenticity Tag section. Are you scanning in the right spot? Wallets and purses: Place your phone on the back of the product, 4cm from the bottom. Luggage: place the phone on the back of the product, 4 cm from the bottom of the padding or protective lining. Is your smartphone compatible with NFC technology? NFC technology is only available on compatible smartphones with the NFC reader active.
Can the Gucci Authenticity Tag be added or removed from products?
Gucci Authenticity Tag is a new service available exclusively on selected items from the latest collections that cannot be added or removed from products.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.

When will I be charged for my purchase?

The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorisation, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order. The payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.

Is GST included in the final price and how do I claim GST back?
All prices include GST. At this time we are unable to provide tax refunds for purchases made on Gucci.com, including orders placed by iPad at our Gucci stores.
Do you accept gift cards?

At this time, we do not accept Gucci gift cards on Gucci.com. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it’s been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to Gucci’s Online Return Policy.

 

Once a Made to Order or personalized order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

My order has been declined; do I need to place a new order?

If you have received an e-mail from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, please place a new order online, or Contact Us.

Shipping & Delivery

Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs?
 
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond Gucci’s control.
 
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore holidays. Please note, orders placed after 1pm on Friday, at the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched the following Monday or business day. Deliveries will take place Monday through Friday and an adult signature will be required upon delivery. In case your order does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us at clientservices.sg@gucci.com. If we are unable to deliver your item(s) within a further 10 days, you will receive a refund.

 

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier. 

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, please Contact Us.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Can I modify my shipping address?
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped. 
Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

Items purchased online or by phone order can be returned if they meet the online return policy requirements, within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must meet the requirements below to be accepted for a refund:

 

All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact. 

Beauty products may only be returned if unopened and in their original cellophane wrapping.

Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honoured if the label has not been removed.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, tights and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.

Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items can be returned using the same channel of the original purchase.

How can I return an item?

You can return an item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery by using this dedicated page, selecting "Return this Item" from your MY GUCCI account under Order Details, through your delivery confirmation email or Contact Us.

 

Before starting, you should pack your item into its original packaging including the cotton tote, any accessories, booklets, labels and the return tag.

 

Return By Carrier:

1. Once your return request has been approved, please download your prepaid shipping label from your MY GUCCI account or from your return confirmation email.

2. Print the prepaid shipping label. Remove the original shipping label and attach the new label on the reusable outer shipping box.

3. Schedule your return by contacting the carrier at 1800 285 8888 or by visiting ‘MyDHL+’ at the following link https://mydhl.express.dhland choose the country you are making the return from. Select the ‘Schedule a Pickup’ tab and enter the waybill number on your prepaid shipping label.

 

In-Store Returns:

1. You can make a return at the Gucci Paragon store.

2. Please bring your item(s) in its original packaging with a digital copy of your invoice, the payment method you used to make the purchase and a form of identification.

3. An in-store Client Advisor will be happy to guide you through the return process and you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.


Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used.

Products purchased online cannot be returned to outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.

How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be made in store. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address listed on the return shipping label or to a Gucci store listed at this link.
 
Exchange In-Store:
 
1. You make an exchange at all Gucci Stores.
2. Please bring your item in its original packaging with a digital copy of your invoice, the payment method you used to make the purchase and a form of identification
3. An in-store Client Advisor will be happy to guide you through the return process
4. If the new item costs less or more than the original item, then you will either receive a refund or a new charge for the difference

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
The amount paid by the Client shall be reimbursed by Gucci, through the payment system used by the Client for the purchase, within thirty (30) days after the returned Product has been delivered to Gucci. Once a reimbursement is performed, Gucci is not responsible for processing times of individual financial institutions.
 
Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment within thirty days—please check with your financial institution if you have not been reimbursed with this time frame.
Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?
Gift items purchased on Gucci.com may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

¿Gucci tiene un compromiso de sostenibilidad en el uso de sus empaques?

Todo el papel y el cartón provienen de fuentes con gestión responsable. Con objeto de facilitar el reciclaje al final de su vida útil, no utilizamos papel couché. Las asas de la bolsa de compras de diseño retorcido se han confeccionado en poliéster 100 % reciclado con estilo anudado para evitar el uso de adhesivos y que sea más fácil separar los componentes. Las fundas protectoras y las bolsas de transporte para trajes se han confeccionado en algodón regenerado. Las cintas están hechas de 100 % algodón orgánico y las perchas están hechas de poliestireno reciclado.

Hemos optimizado nuestro embalaje para comercio electrónico eliminando el plástico en el envío de nuestros productos, sustituyéndolo por papel de fuentes gestionadas de forma sostenible y hemos rediseñado además las cajas para facilitar su reutilización.

Embalaje Rosso Ancora
 
El embalaje en tienda incluye papel y cartón de origen responsable. Para facilitar el reciclaje al final de su vida útil, nuestras bolsas de compra están fabricadas con un solo material, ya que sus asas también son de papel. Las fundas protectoras y las bolsas de transporte para trajes se han fabricado en nylon reciclado. Para los productos online de Gucci, también hemos incluido innovaciones específicas relacionadas con el embalaje de mercancías: La caja exterior, los rellenos de protección y cinta adhesiva de papel provienen de fuentes responsables. La caja exterior puede reutilizarse para las devoluciones. ¿Gucci ofrece productos a partir de materias primas no animales?

Gucci garantiza los más altos estándares de bienestar animal y cumple con todas las normas y regulaciones aplicables. Además, se produce íntegramente en una fábrica de Gucci en Italia con la misma experiencia y procesos de curtido que dan al material su flexibilidad y resistencia con un acabado elástico. ¿Qué es el servicio Personalización con iniciales?
Se trata del servicio de monogramas de Gucci para artículos de viaje que solo está disponible en tienda.
¿En qué artículos está disponible el servicio?
El servicio está disponible en una selección de bolsos tote, bolsas de viaje y portatrajes, solo por encargo.
¿Cómo funciona el servicio?
Debe solicitar el servicio Personalización con iniciales para bolsos tote, bolsas de viaje y portatrajes en tienda con la ayuda del equipo de asesoría de clientes. Pintaremos a mano sus iniciales en los ribetes de piel del artículo que elija. Puede elegir el color, el tamaño y el tipo de letra, y hasta tres letras para las iniciales. Los signos de puntuación, los símbolos, los caracteres especiales y otros colores, tamaños y tipos de letra no están disponibles.
¿Cuánto tiempo tarda?
Se tarda un mínimo de seis semanas para bolsas de viaje y portatrajes, y ocho semanas para bolsos tote, a partir de la fecha del pedido.
¿Cómo es el proceso de recogida del artículo?
El producto se envía a la tienda, desde donde le contactarán cuando esté listo para su recogida.
¿Puedo devolver un artículo del servicio Personalización con iniciales?
Una vez que el pedido se ha realizado correctamente, no se puede cancelar, modificar ni devolver para cambiarlo por otro producto o recibir un reembolso. Estos artículos se consideran compras definitivas.
