GUCCI GIFT CARD

Only Gift Cards issued in the Gucci Boutiques are subject to these General Conditions of Use.

The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone presenting it in the Gucci Boutiques.

 

The Gift Card is valid for 42 months (end of month) from the date of purchase. After expiry, the Gift Card can be renewed for another 42 months by requesting it in a Gucci Boutique and presenting the expired Gift Card.

 

The credit on the Gift Card cannot be converted into cash, nor can it be credited to a credit card or bank account. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

 

The Gift Card can be used once or more for the purchase of any product on sale in the Gucci Boutiques. The price of the products purchased using the Gift Card will be deducted from the initial credit from time to time, until it is exhausted. More than one Gift Card may be used for the same purchase.

If the Gift Card credit is insufficient to purchase the desired product(s), the missing amount shall be paid with other means of payment accepted by the Gucci Boutiques.

 

Transactions (i.e. the purchase of Gift Cards and the use of one or more Gift Cards for a single purchase) with a value equal to or exceeding the regulatory threshold will be subject to verification of the identity of the buyer in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

 

Gucci is not liable in case of loss, theft or destruction of the Gift Card or unauthorised use of the Gift Card. If lost or stolen, the Gift Card cannot be replaced by Gucci with another of equal value.
