GUCCI GIFT CARD

The Gucci Gift Card is issued by Luxury Goods Qatar LLC (hereinafter "Gucci"), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Qatar, with registered office in PO Box 4505, Landmark Mall, Gharrafa Madinat Khalifa Doha.

 

By purchasing a Gift Card, the purchaser:

 

• Expressly consents to be governed by these General Conditions of Use. 

• Provides assurance of adherence to these General Conditions of Use and all applicable laws. 

• Affirms that the Gift Card will not be employed in any manner that is illicit, misleading, deceptive, unjust, or detrimental to any individual. 

 

The Gift Card can be used only in Qatar and in-store purchases from the “Gucci boutiques” of: 

Doha – Villaggio Mall

Doha – Villaggio Mall – Kids

Doha – Place Vendôme

Doha - Place Vendôme – Kids

Doha - Printemps Oasis

 

Only Gift Cards issued by the Gucci Boutiques are subject to these General Conditions of Use. 

 

The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone presenting it in Gucci Boutiques. If the customer is a minor, the use of the Card should be supervised by an adult. 

 

The Gift Card is valid for 42 months (end of month) from the date of purchase. Following the expiry of the initial 42 months the Gift Card can be renewed for an additional 42 months at any Gucci Boutique and presenting the expired Gift Card and subject to Gucci’s sole discretion. Unless renewed, any value that remains on a Gift Card after the Expiry Date will not be available for use.

 

The credit on the Gift Card cannot be converted into cash, nor can it be credited to a credit card or bank account. The Gift Card cannot be topped up. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

 

The Gift Card is not restricted to a single-use and can be used once or more for the purchase of any product on sale in Gucci Boutiques. The price of the products purchased using the Gift Card will be deducted from the initial credit from time to time, until it is exhausted.  

 

The use of Gift Cards for the purchase of jewelry and watches is subject to the limits established for cash transactions by the applicable laws and regulations in Qatar.

 

More than one Gift Card may be used for the same purchase, subject to the limitation on the use of cash for the purchase of jewelry and watches as stated.

 

If the Gift Card credit is insufficient to make a purchase for an amount of  the desired product(s), the excess shall be paid with other means of payment accepted by Gucci Boutiques. 

 

Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Card may be exchanged or returned subject to Gucci’s exchange and returns policy.

 

Gucci is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from lost, stolen or destroyed cads Gift Cards or unauthorized use of the Gift Card by third parties. In all these cases, the Gift Card cannot be replaced by Gucci with another of equal value. Gucci assumes no obligation or liability with respect to any such Gift Cards, including no obligation to monitor or investigate. The user agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Gucci harmless against any claim brought against Gucci by a third party resulting from the user’s use of the Gift Card.

 

Gucci reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review Gift Cards that are suspected to have been obtained or created by fraud, deception, data breach, account compromise, or any other improper or illegal conduct of Gucci’s policies or these terms and conditions, or use of any altered, damaged or illegible Gift Card without any refund to the customer.

 

Gucci may from time to time change the present Terms and Conditions. Such amendments may be deemed necessary to ensure compliance with relevant laws or regulations, to improve the functionality of the Gift Card, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Gucci. The current Terms and Conditions are handed out in print to customers upon the purchase of Gift Cards, and any subsequent updates can always be accessed at Gucci Boutiques.
