Before starting, you should pack your item into its original packaging including the cotton tote, any accessories, booklets, labels and the return tag.

1. Print your prepaid shipping label. It will be sent to you by email and available for download from your MY GUCCI account.  
2. Remove the original shipping label and attach the new label. 
3. Schedule your return by contacting the courier by phone or online.

Making a Return In-Store

How are my body signals monitored?

Advanced sensors on the inner band work together to monitor key body signals. In order to provide the most accurate data and insights, it is recommended to wear the Gucci x Oura ring 24/7 on your index finger with the sensors on the palm side of your hand. Each full battery charge will last up to 7 days and the ring is water resistant up to 100 meters (~330 ft.).

 

What can I track?

The Gucci x Oura ring tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, temperature, and can predict your period. By analyzing over 20 different body signals such as your sleep patterns, recent activity, heart rate variability, and body temperature, it provides a Readiness, Sleep, and Activity Score. Designed to help discover what works for your body and lifestyle, Readiness gives holistic insight into how well your body is recovering. 

You can find all of your scores inside the free Gucci x Oura app for iOS and Android. In the app, there is a selection of over 50 audio sessions for meditation, sleep, focus, energy boosts, and more. The more you listen, the more the app will identify which sessions work best for you and your body.

 

Will my data remain private?

Your data will be processed by Oura and will be protected according to GDPR requirements and industry-wide best practices, using Spring Security, OAuth2 secure authentication protocol, and data encryption.

 

Should I purchase my usual Gucci ring size?

No, there is a virtual ring sizing tool on the product page you should use to determine your size. The virtual sizing tool will allow you to determine your Gucci x Oura Ring size in multiple ways whether you already own a ring that fits you well, know your Oura Ring size (i.e. have used an Oura product before), need to measure the size of your finger or consult a conversion chart. If you are still unsure about your size, you can visit select stores to try on with a dedicated Client Advisor or contact us for guidance.

 

What is Oura membership and is it included?

The Gucci x Oura Ring includes a lifetime membership and it will continue you as long as you keep the same active Oura account.

 

 

Gucci Authenticity Tag cannot track or localize your position, and it can’t associate the product to your name. You can deactivate your Gucci Authenticity Tag anytime at any Gucci store. Find out more in dedicated the privacy policy.

Are you using the Gucci App to log in? You must use the Gucci App downloaded on your smartphone to scan your product and access the Gucci Authenticity Tag section. Are you scanning in the right spot? Wallets and purses: Place your phone on the back of the product, 4cm from the bottom. Luggage: place the phone on the back of the product, 4 cm from the bottom of the padding or protective lining. Is your smartphone compatible with NFC technology? NFC technology is only available on compatible smartphones with the NFC reader active.

HOW TO FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER OF MY WATCH
At Gucci we use a unique number to identify each watch, called a Serial Number, which consists of 8 numbers.

Gucci commits to reduce environmental impact and protect biodiversity through minimizing the use of plastic with the choice of more sustainable materials.

Gucci is committed to sustainably source all precious stones and metal used for its products. To mitigate the environmental impact associated with the mining and extraction of virgin raw materials, the House is committed to maximizing the use of recycled precious metals for accessories’ hardware and jewelry by 2025.

All paper and cardboard come from responsibly managed sources. In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, the paper is not coated. The torchon shopping bag handles are made of 100% recycled polyester and are knotted to avoid the use of glues and for an easier separation of components. Dust bags and suit carriers are made of regenerated cotton. Ribbons are 100% organic cotton and hangers are made of recycled polystyrene.

We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse.

Since the ban of fur in October 2017 (see answer to the F.A.Q. “Does Gucci use real fur?”), the animal-free offering has been increased using sustainable options, including a series of alternatives to leather like Demetra. This material  contains at least 70% of vegetable raw materials and from renewable sources (viscose, wood pulp, bio-based polyurethane) and is produced entirely in a Gucci factory in Italy using the same expertise and processes for tanning that give the material its pliable and resilient performance with a supple finish.. From June 2020, clients can discover all sustainable features of Gucci products on Gucci.com.

An NFT is a non-fungible token, the ownership of which is recorded on a blockchain and which is purchased using a digital wallet. You can think of the blockchain as a digital ledger of transactions that exists online, which ensures that each NFT has only one owner at any given time and keeps a record of the history of a token’s ownership.

Vous pouvez acheter de l’ETH par le biais d’une plateforme d’échange en ligne telle que Kraken ou Coinbase ou directement par l’intermédiaire de Metamask. Une fois votre achat effectué, vous pourrez accéder à vos fonds via Metamask ou un autre portefeuille numérique compatible pour acheter un NFT. N’oubliez pas que le montant que vous pouvez acheter et vendre est limité en fonction de votre compte et de la plateforme que vous utilisez.

 Ethereum est la blockchain la plus utilisée. Elle nécessite du « gaz » pour fonctionner, ce qui est comparable à des frais de traitement pour chaque transaction. Vous devez avoir suffisamment d’ETH dans votre portefeuille pour couvrir le coût de votre achat et du gaz. Les frais de gaz permettent de traiter votre transaction sur ce réseau et de la stocker sur la blockchain. Les frais de gaz par transaction peuvent varier en fonction de l’offre et de la demande du réseau. Vous pouvez définir une limite comme la quantité maximale de gaz que vous souhaitez utiliser pour une transaction donnée. Si la quantité réelle de gaz nécessaire s’avère inférieure à la limite que vous avez spécifiée, le gaz restant vous sera restitué. En revanche, si votre limite est trop basse, soit votre transaction ne sera pas traitée, soit la transaction échouera et vous risquez de perdre ce gaz. Au moment de l’achat, votre portefeuille peut faciliter le calcul du prix estimé du gaz pour effectuer la transaction.  À la fin des ventes principales, vos NFT sont automatiquement visibles et négociables sur OpenSea, la principale place de marché ouverte pour les NFT, et potentiellement sur d’autres plateformes.

Le Globe magique est un Mint Pass à usage unique qui expirera le 19 mars à 7h55 (heure de Paris).

 L’attribution se déroulera en quatre phases :

 Votre Mint Pass se transformera en un NFT unique et personnalisé, imaginé par Gucci et soigneusement élaboré par Wagmi-san. 

 Pour utiliser votre Mint Pass, vous aurez besoin d’au moins un Mint Pass et un NFT appartenant à l’un des projets NFT énumérés ci-dessous (les « projets NFT »). 

 Votre Mint Pass expirera le 19 mars 2022 à 7h55 (heure de Paris) et ne pourra plus être utilisé après cette date. 

 Vous avez la possibilité de transférer ou de vendre votre Mint Pass pendant la période d’échange, mais il expirera le 19 mars 2022 à 7h55 (heure de Paris) et ne sera plus valide après cette date.

 Vous pouvez utiliser jusqu’à deux Mint Pass pour chaque projet NFT concerné.

 Il existe trois listes d’autorisation : (1) une liste d’autorisation de la communauté Discord 10KTF, (2) une liste d’autorisation de la communauté Discord GUCCI et (3) une liste d’autorisation des projets NFT

 Vous pouvez vous inscrire sur une liste d’autorisation sur 10KTF.com/shop à partir du 9 mars à 18h00 (heure de Paris) jusqu’au 11 mars à 18h00 (heure de Paris).

 Il existe plusieurs façons de s’inscrire sur les listes d’autorisation :

 Non. Les inscriptions sur la liste d’autorisation seront recueillies par premint.xyz, qui vérifiera si vous êtes éligible et décidera à l’aveugle quel participant éligible pourra acheter un Mint Pass le 9 mars. Ni GUCCI ni 10KTF ne déterminent qui est admis sur une liste d’autorisation.

 Certains Mint Pass pourront être obtenus par d’autres moyens. Voir ci-dessous.

 Au total, 5 000 Mint Pass seront délivrés :

 Les 1 950 places sur la liste d’autorisation des propriétaires de projets NFT seront attribuées au prorata du nombre d’inscriptions sur chacune des 11 listes. Par exemple, si 10 % du total des inscriptions proviennent de la communauté Bored Ape Yacht Club, alors 195 des 1 950 places totales de la liste d’autorisation seront attribuées à cette communauté.

 Après votre inscription, vous pourrez revenir sur 10ktf.com/shop le 10 mars pour savoir si vous avez été admis sur l’une ou l’autre de ces listes. 

 Chaque adresse de portefeuille enregistrée ne peut se voir attribuer qu’une seule place sur une liste d’autorisation. 

 Une fois que 3 950 inscrits ont été sélectionnés par premint.xyz pour la liste d’autorisation, d’autres inscrits peuvent être sélectionnés pour la liste de réserve. Si vous êtes sélectionné pour la liste de réserve, vous aurez la possibilité d’acheter des Mint Pass non réclamés le 15 mars 2022.

Cependant, en plus de posséder un NFT unique fabriqué par Wagmi-san et conçu par Gucci, posséder un NFT 10KTF Gucci Grail peut vous permettre d’accéder à de futures attributions ou fonctionnalités incluses dans les feuilles de route Vault et 10KTF.  Oui, la possibilité de demander une statue en céramique artisanale est incluse avec chaque NFT. Pour la première attribution, toute personne qui disposait du Janky NFT dans son portefeuille le 17 juin 2022 a pu décider de réclamer ou non une statue. L’élément physique restera facultatif pour la deuxième attribution de NFT. 

 Le 1er février 2022, la première attribution de NFT avec Janky a été mintée à 1,5 ETH. Il est actuellement possible de l’acheter sur des places de marché secondaires telles qu’OpenSea, où les prix varient. La deuxième attribution, avec Guggimon, est délivrée gratuitement à tous ceux qui ont obtenu un NFT lors de la première attribution SUPERGUCCI. 

 500 NFT ont été mintés pour la première et la deuxième attribution.
