You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of collecting your item in-store or by contacting Client Services if you would like us to pick it up from an address of your choice.

Gucci commits to reduce environmental impact and protect biodiversity through minimizing the use of plastic with the choice of more sustainable materials.

Gucci is committed to sustainably source all precious stones and metal used for its products. To mitigate the environmental impact associated with the mining and extraction of virgin raw materials, the House is committed to maximizing the use of recycled precious metals for accessories’ hardware and jewelry by 2025.

All paper and cardboard come from responsibly managed sources. In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, the paper is not coated. The torchon shopping bag handles are made of 100% recycled polyester and are knotted to avoid the use of glues and for an easier separation of components. Dust bags and suit carriers are made of regenerated cotton. Ribbons are 100% organic cotton and hangers are made of recycled polystyrene.

We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse.

It is Gucci's monogramming service on travel pieces which are exclusively available for order in store.

The service is available on select totes, duffles, and garment bags exclusively for order.

You can order Craft My Initials totes, duffles, and garment bags in store with the assistance of a Client Advisor, and have your initials hand-painted onto the item's leather trims.

You may choose one color, one font size, one font style, and up to 3 letters for the initials. Punctuations, symbols, characters, other font sizes, styles, and colors are not available.

It takes a minimum of 6 weeks for duffles and garment bags, and 8 weeks for totes, from the date of the order.

It is shipped back to the store, and you will be contacted once it is ready for collection.

Ogni portafoglio digitale ha un unico ID (chiamato chiave pubblica) e, a sua volta, ogni NFT ha un unico token ID. La blockchain registra la proprietà di un NFT associando il suo unico token ID al singolo ID del portafoglio digitale e registra e archivia questo dato nella blockchain. Per acquistare o vendere un NFT, il proprietario del portafoglio digitale deve inserire una chiave privata (che è come una password) per autorizzare una transazione tramite il portafoglio. Le chiavi pubbliche e private vengono generate tramite crittografia. Con la maggior parte dei portafogli digitali puoi controllare le chiavi che proteggono il contenuto del tuo portafoglio digitale. Il contenuto del tuo portafoglio digitale è tanto al sicuro quanto è sicura la chiave privata, perciò è consigliabile eseguire un backup del codice e non condividerlo con nessuno. Non comunicare a nessuno e ad alcun sito le tue frasi di recupero o le tue chiavi private, a meno che tu non voglia che terzi abbiano il pieno controllo sul contenuto del tuo portafoglio digitale. Vogliamo assicurarci che tu sia il vero proprietario dei tuoi NFT, così come lo sei degli articoli Gucci fisici. Ecco perché vogliamo che tu abbia il tuo proprio portafoglio digitale e che ti senta sicuro a poter controllare i tuoi NFT.

La criptovaluta è una valuta digitale o più tecnicamente, una rappresentazione digitale di valore che utilizza la tecnologia blockchain per registrare e garantire la sicurezza delle transazioni online. Le criptovalute possono essere utilizzate per acquistare beni o servizi. Più spesso, la criptovaluta è utilizzata per acquistare beni digitali unici come oggetti digitali da collezione, per esempio avatar, capi, skin per avatar o anche opere d’arte. Tuttavia, sempre più aziende stanno iniziando ad accettare le criptovalute come metodo di pagamento. Le criptovalute possono essere acquistate con delle valute fiat (come il dollaro) su diverse piattaforme. Fai molta attenzione e informati su quale tipo di criptovaluta acquistare perché non tutti i progetti rispettano le normative applicabili. Ethereum (ETH) è la criptovaluta accettata da Gucci Vault.

Puoi acquistare ETH su piattaforme di scambi di criptovalute come Kraken o Coinbase o direttamente su Metamask. Una volta completato l’acquisto, potrai accedere ai tuoi fondi tramite Metamask o un altro portafoglio digitale compatibile con acquisti di NFT. Ricordati sempre che, in base al tuo account e alla piattaforma che stai utilizzando, sono previsti dei limiti di acquisto e di vendita.

Ethereum è la blockchain maggiormente utilizzata, ma per utilizzarla è necessario il “gas”. Puoi pensare al “gas” come ad una commissione su ogni transazione effettuata. Nel tuo portafoglio digitale devi avere abbastanza ETH per coprire sia il costo del tuo acquisto che del gas. La tassa del gas permette la buona riuscita della transazione che viene processata e archiviata nella blockchain. La tassa del gas su ogni transazione può variare in base alla richiesta e alla domanda. Puoi impostare un limite massimo del gas che sei disponibile ad utilizzare per ogni transazione. Se la quantità di gas necessaria per eseguire la transazione è più bassa rispetto a quella da te impostata, il gas rimanente tornerà a te. Ma se il limite impostato fosse troppo basso, la tua transazione potrebbe non andare a buon fine o essere annullata e potresti perdere il gas. Al momento dell’acquisto, il tuo portafoglio digitale può semplificarti il calcolo stimato del prezzo del gas necessario per eseguire la transazione. Dopo la fine delle vendite primarie, i tuoi NFT saranno automaticamente visibili e negoziabili su OpenSea, il principale marketplace di NFT, ma potenzialmente anche su altre piattaforme. I marketplace di NFT permettono ai creatori e collezionisti di vendere, acquistare e creare NFT. Dopo aver collegato il tuo portafoglio, potrai acquistare, mettere all’asta o vendere una vasta gamma di NFT.

Un Mint Pass fornisce al suo possessore la possibilità di coniare un NFT dalla collezione 10KTF x Gucci. Il Mint Pass assumerà la forma di un Digital Magic Globe, un omaggio della Maison a Wagmi-san e alle loro rispettive community. Il Magic Globe è un Mint Pass dal singolo utilizzo che sarà valido fino al 18 marzo alle 23:55 (ora del Pacifico).

Il drop prevederà 4 fasi:

Your Mint Pass will transform to a unique and personalized NFT envisioned by Gucci and carefully crafted by Wagmi-san.

In order to redeem your Mint Pass you will need at least one Mint Pass and one NFT belonging to one of the NFT projects listed below (the “NFT Projects”). Once you redeem your Mint Pass, you’ll receive a placeholder while Wagmi-san is crafting your unique and personalized NFT, which will be revealed on March 23rd. You will then have to burn the Mint Pass in order to redeem. The NFT Projects include:

Your Mint Pass will expire on March 18th, 2022 at 11:55 PM PT and will no longer be valid to redeem.

You have the option to transfer or sell your Mint Pass during the Redemption Period, but it will expire on March 18th, 2022 at 11:59 PM PT and will no longer be valid.

Up to two Mint Passes can be redeemed using each supported NFT Project.

There are three allow lists: (1) a 10KTF Discord community allowlist; (2) a GUCCI Discord community allowlist; and (3) an NFT Projects allowlist Mint Passes are available to eligible participants via allowlist verification process powered by premint.xyz. 

You can apply to be on an allowlist on 10KTF.com/shop on March 9th beginning at 10 AM PT and ending on March 11th at 10 AM PT.

There are few ways to qualify for the allowlists:
▪ Holders of 10KTF NFTs (excluding 10KTF Stockroom) who have held through the March 3rd, 2022 snapshot
▪ Members of the Gucci Discord community with the “Explorer” role
▪ Holders of any of the 10KTF supported NFT Projects
Once you've met at least one of the criteria above, you must successfully verify your wallet address, Twitter, and Discord via premint.xyz to register.

No. Allowlist signups will be gathered by premint.xyz, which will verify whether you’re eligible and make a blind determination on which eligible participant can purchase a Mint Pass on March 9th. Neither GUCCI nor 10KTF determine who will make it onto an allowlist. Even if you don’t make it onto an allowlist, you might still be able to purchase a Mint Pass if you make it onto the Reserve List. See below for details.

A total of 5000 Mint Passes will be released:
▪ 950 passes will be given as community rewards
▪ 100 passes will be held for team members and friends of GUCCI and 10KTF
▪ 1000 will be held for 10KTF Discord community
▪ 1000 will be held for GUCCI Discord community
▪ 1950 will be held for NFT Project owners
▪ Any remaining Mint Passes may be placed on a Reserve List. (See below.)

The 1950 PFP owners allowlist spots will be allocated pro rata based on the number of entries submitted to each of the 11 lists. For example, if 10% of the total entries are from the Bored Ape Yacht Club community, then 195 of the 1950 total allowlist spots will be given to that community.

After registration, you will be able to come back to 10ktf.com/shop on March 10th to find out if you’ve been placed on either list.

Each registered wallet address can only be granted one allowlist spot. You can register your wallet for different allowlists so long as you’re eligible to participate in the multiple allowlists. For example, if you’re a holder of a Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT, and a holder of a 10KTF NFT (excluding 10KTF Stockroom), you can participate in each allowlist. Once a wallet address has been selected by premint.xyz, the address will be skipped if it is chosen again through its blind selection process.

After 3950 registrants are selected by premint.xyz for the allowlist, additional registrants may be selected for the Reserve List. If selected for the Reserve List, you will have a chance to purchase unclaimed Mint Passes on March 15th, 2022.

Each Mint Pass will cost 1 ETH.

The 10KTF x GUCCI NFTs are minted on the Ethereum blockchain.

All primary sales are conducted only through 10KTF.com/shop. Secondary sales will take place on Opensea or other secondary marketplaces.

Mint Pass holders have the option to sell or transfer their Mint Passes on secondary markets between March 14th - 18th. Neither 10KTF nor GUCCI is responsible, however, for any secondary sale activity and cannot guarantee you will be able to find Mint Passes once the primary sale concludes.

The 10KTF Gucci Grail Mint Pass is a single-use Mint Pass and will offer no future benefit beyond access to the 10KTF Gucci Grailed NFT. However, in addition to owning a unique NFT crafted by Wagmisan and designed by Gucci, owning a 10KTF Gucci Grailed NFT may qualify you for future drops and/or utility included in the Vault and 10KTF roadmaps. Yes, the opportunity to request a handcrafted ceramic statue is included with each NFT. For the first drop, anyone who had the Janky NFT in their wallet on June 17, 2022, were able to decide if they would like to claim a statue, or not. The physical element will continue to be optional for the second NFT drop.

On February 1, 2022, the first NFT drop featuring Janky was minted at 1.5 ETH. It can currently be purchased on secondary marketplaces such as OpenSea where prices vary. The second drop, featuring Guggimon, is airdropped for free to anyone who had an NFT from the first SUPERGUCCI drop.
