There are two ways to request a return:

• Visit the Order Details section of your MY GUCCI account and select ‘Return this Item’—this will be available as soon as the item has been delivered and will be available for 30 days. 

Before starting, you should pack your item into its original packaging including the cotton tote, any accessories, booklets, labels and the return tag.

Making a Return by Courier: 

1. Print your prepaid shipping label. It will be sent to you by email and available for download from your MY GUCCI account.  
2. Remove the original shipping label and attach the new label. 
3. Schedule your return by contacting the courier by phone or online.

Making a Return In-Store 

1. You may return your item to the stores listed at this link. 
. It should be brought to the store in its original packaging 
2. The Client Advisors in store will be glad to assist you in the return process and you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.  
3. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note, shipping fees for Saturday delivery are non-refundable.

• Made to Order or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. 
• Please note that intimates, including swimwear, tights, socks and lingerie can only be returned in new condition. Items should be unworn, in their original packaging and with all labels attached.

• Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items can be returned using the same channel of the original purchase.

How are my body signals monitored?

Advanced sensors on the inner band work together to monitor key body signals. In order to provide the most accurate data and insights, it is recommended to wear the Gucci x Oura ring 24/7 on your index finger with the sensors on the palm side of your hand. Each full battery charge will last up to 7 days and the ring is water resistant up to 100 meters (~330 ft.).

 

What can I track?

The Gucci x Oura ring tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, temperature, and can predict your period. By analyzing over 20 different body signals such as your sleep patterns, recent activity, heart rate variability, and body temperature, it provides a Readiness, Sleep, and Activity Score. Designed to help discover what works for your body and lifestyle, Readiness gives holistic insight into how well your body is recovering. 

You can find all of your scores inside the free Gucci x Oura app for iOS and Android. In the app, there is a selection of over 50 audio sessions for meditation, sleep, focus, energy boosts, and more. The more you listen, the more the app will identify which sessions work best for you and your body.

 

Will my data remain private?

Your data will be processed by Oura and will be protected according to GDPR requirements and industry-wide best practices, using Spring Security, OAuth2 secure authentication protocol, and data encryption.

 

Should I purchase my usual Gucci ring size?

No, there is a virtual ring sizing tool on the product page you should use to determine your size. The virtual sizing tool will allow you to determine your Gucci x Oura Ring size in multiple ways whether you already own a ring that fits you well, know your Oura Ring size (i.e. have used an Oura product before), need to measure the size of your finger or consult a conversion chart. If you are still unsure about your size, you can visit select stores to try on with a dedicated Client Advisor or contact us for guidance.

 

What is Oura membership and is it included?

The Gucci x Oura Ring includes a lifetime membership and it will continue you as long as you keep the same active Oura account.

 

 

Gucci Authenticity Tag cannot track or localize your position, and it can’t associate the product to your name. You can deactivate your Gucci Authenticity Tag anytime at any Gucci store. Find out more in dedicated the privacy policy.

Are you using the Gucci App to log in? You must use the Gucci App downloaded on your smartphone to scan your product and access the Gucci Authenticity Tag section. Are you scanning in the right spot? Wallets and purses: Place your phone on the back of the product, 4cm from the bottom. Luggage: place the phone on the back of the product, 4 cm from the bottom of the padding or protective lining. Is your smartphone compatible with NFC technology? NFC technology is only available on compatible smartphones with the NFC reader active.

Is Klarna safe?

If you return some or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as the online store processes your return. Follow Gucci’s return instructions  and make sure to keep the tracking number of your return, you can find this in your confirmation email or by logging into your MY GUCCI account. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” so that your statement is paused. As soon as your return has been registered, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.


There’s something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?

You do not need to pay for goods that are received damage, broken or faulty.

Instructions found here  and make sure to “Report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement until you’ve resolved the dispute. As soon as your cancellation or your return has been registered, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?

You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. You can track your order using the link you received by email or by logging into your MY GUCCI account. To pause your Klarna statement, log into your Klarna account and ‘Report a problem.’


My statement is incorrect. What should I do?

HOW TO FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER OF MY WATCH
At Gucci we use a unique number to identify each watch, called a Serial Number, which consists of 8 numbers.

Gucci si impegna a reperire in modo sostenibile tutte le pietre preziose e i metalli adoperati per la realizzazione dei suoi prodotti. Per mitigare l'impatto ambientale connesso all'estrazione mineraria e all'estrazione di materie prime vergini, la Maison si impegna a massimizzare l’uso di metalli preziosi riciclati per accessori e gioielli entro il 2025.  Gucci acquista l’oro attraverso il Kering Responsible Gold Framework, un modo innovativo per reperire oro in maniera responsabile ed etica, inoltre fa anche parte del Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), la cui missione è promuovere le migliori procedure responsabili, etiche, sociali e ambientali per tutta la filiera dell'oro, del platino e dei diamanti.  Dal 2015, tutto l'oro acquistato da Gucci per la gioielleria è stato attestato secondo la certificazione RJC Chain of Custody.  

La visione di Gucci per il futuro è quella di integrare i principi dell'economia circolare nel processo di progettazione e creazione. In supporto a questa strategia, l’utilizzo di materiali riciclati e rigenerati viene fortemente promosso in tutte le collezioni e l’impiego di plastica riciclata e riutilizzata viene esteso all'intera filiera. 

La Maison, inoltre, ha incrementato l'utilizzo di fibre e materiali derivati da scarti tessili post-industriali, come filati e tessuti inutilizzati.

Gucci garantisce i più elevati standard di benessere animale e rispetta tutte le leggi e i regolamenti in merito. A partire dal divieto dell’utilizzo di pelliccia nell'ottobre 2017 (più informazioni a riguardo si possono trovare nella risposta "Gucci utilizza vera pelliccia?"), l'offerta di capi che non presentano derivati animali è stata aumentata utilizzando opzioni sostenibili, inserendo inoltre alternative alla pelle come Demetra. Questo materiale contiene almeno il 70% di materie prime vegetali e provenienti da fonti rinnovabili (viscosa, polpa di legno, poliuretano a base biologica), ed è prodotto interamente in uno stabilimento di Gucci in Italia utilizzando la stessa esperienza e gli stessi processi di conciatura che conferiscono al materiale le sue prestazioni di malleabilità e resilienza con una finitura morbida. NFT (non-fungibile token) sta per token non fungibile. Ciascun token rappresenta i diritti su un unico bene digitale o collezionabile come un avatar, un capo di abbigliamento, una skin per avatar o un’opera d’arte virtuale. Per acquistarne uno, hai bisogno di un portafoglio virtuale e di una criptovaluta o valuta digitale. La tua criptovaluta è regolata da una tecnologia speciale chiamata blockchain: fai riferimento alla domanda 5 per scoprire come ottenere il tuo NFT.

Un NFT è un token non fungibile, la cui proprietà è registrata in una blockchain e che è acquistabile utilizzando un portafoglio digitale. Per rendere il concetto più semplice, immagina un registro contabile di transazioni online che assicura che ogni NFT abbia un solo proprietario alla volta e tenga nota dei successivi passaggi di proprietà del token. Uno smart contract (contratto intelligente) è un codice informatico associato ad un NFT che è letto dalla blockchain. È un codice auto-eseguibile utilizzato per creare o “coniare” un NFT che regola il funzionamento e il trasferimento di un NFT e le informazioni riguardanti i termini di vendita e rivendita di un NFT tra acquirenti e venditori, incluse eventuali royalties di rivendita. Ogni NFT è come un’opera d’arte originale o come una serie registrata di stampe numerate. Nonostante tu possa scattare una foto o acquistare una replica dell’opera d’arte, ogni token avrà comunque un unico codice d'identificazione associato a una specifica opera digitale. Tale unicità afferma la rarità dell’oggetto e crea il valore di un NFT. Essenzialmente, un NFT è associato ad un bene digitale che può essere acquistato soltanto tramite valute digitali. I beni digitali acquistabili sono generalmente oggetti unici da collezione, come avatar digitali, capi di abbigliamento, skin o opere d’arte virtuali, ma possono anche essere utilizzati per fornire accesso a una community o come vantaggi per un progetto.

Una volta acquistato il tuo NFT sei proprietario del token a tutti gli effetti. Perciò puoi tenerlo, donarlo o scambiarlo con altri: proprio come un oggetto fisico da collezione. Tuttavia, solitamente esiste una licenza limitata sui beni digitali associati agli NFT e i creatori i diritti di proprietà intellettuale (compresi copyright e marchi) sul bene digitale. Tale licenza indica ciò che puoi e non puoi fare con il bene digitale e i relativi diritti di proprietà intellettuale. Spesso, la licenza fornisce il diritto di esporre il bene digitale per scopi personali (non commerciali) o il diritto di trasferire un NFT a terzi nel mercato secondario. Un NFT è generalmente acquistabile con criptovalute e un portafoglio criptato, noto anche come blockchain o portafoglio digitale. Una volta acquistato un NFT, il tuo diritto di proprietà sullo stesso è registrato nella blockchain tramite l’associazione dell’NFT all’ ID del tuo portafoglio digitale. È un componente software utilizzato per effettuare transazioni con criptovalute e token. Tecnicamente, non conservi criptovalute o gli NFT nel tuo portafoglio digitale. Ogni portafoglio digitale ha un unico ID (chiamato chiave pubblica) e, a sua volta, ogni NFT ha un unico token ID. La blockchain registra la proprietà di un NFT associando il suo unico token ID al singolo ID del portafoglio digitale e registra e archivia questo dato nella blockchain. Per acquistare o vendere un NFT, il proprietario del portafoglio digitale deve inserire una chiave privata (che è come una password) per autorizzare una transazione tramite il portafoglio. Le chiavi pubbliche e private vengono generate tramite crittografia. Con la maggior parte dei portafogli digitali puoi controllare le chiavi che proteggono il contenuto del tuo portafoglio digitale. Il contenuto del tuo portafoglio digitale è tanto al sicuro quanto è sicura la chiave privata, perciò è consigliabile eseguire un backup del codice e non condividerlo con nessuno. Non comunicare a nessuno e ad alcun sito le tue frasi di recupero o le tue chiavi private, a meno che tu non voglia che terzi abbiano il pieno controllo sul contenuto del tuo portafoglio digitale. Vogliamo assicurarci che tu sia il vero proprietario dei tuoi NFT, così come lo sei degli articoli Gucci fisici. Ecco perché vogliamo che tu abbia il tuo proprio portafoglio digitale e che ti senta sicuro a poter controllare i tuoi NFT.

La criptovaluta è una valuta digitale o più tecnicamente, una rappresentazione digitale di valore che utilizza la tecnologia blockchain per registrare e garantire la sicurezza delle transazioni online. Le criptovalute possono essere utilizzate per acquistare beni o servizi. Più spesso, la criptovaluta è utilizzata per acquistare beni digitali unici come oggetti digitali da collezione, per esempio avatar, capi, skin per avatar o anche opere d’arte. Tuttavia, sempre più aziende stanno iniziando ad accettare le criptovalute come metodo di pagamento. Le criptovalute possono essere acquistate con delle valute fiat (come il dollaro) su diverse piattaforme. Fai molta attenzione e informati su quale tipo di criptovaluta acquistare perché non tutti i progetti rispettano le normative applicabili. Ethereum (ETH) è la criptovaluta accettata da Gucci Vault.

Puoi acquistare ETH su piattaforme di scambi di criptovalute come Kraken o Coinbase o direttamente su Metamask. Una volta completato l’acquisto, potrai accedere ai tuoi fondi tramite Metamask o un altro portafoglio digitale compatibile con acquisti di NFT. Ricordati sempre che, in base al tuo account e alla piattaforma che stai utilizzando, sono previsti dei limiti di acquisto e di vendita.

Ethereum è la blockchain maggiormente utilizzata, ma per utilizzarla è necessario il “gas”. Puoi pensare al “gas” come ad una commissione su ogni transazione effettuata. Nel tuo portafoglio digitale devi avere abbastanza ETH per coprire sia il costo del tuo acquisto che del gas. La tassa del gas permette la buona riuscita della transazione che viene processata e archiviata nella blockchain. La tassa del gas su ogni transazione può variare in base alla richiesta e alla domanda. Puoi impostare un limite massimo del gas che sei disponibile ad utilizzare per ogni transazione. Se la quantità di gas necessaria per eseguire la transazione è più bassa rispetto a quella da te impostata, il gas rimanente tornerà a te. Ma se il limite impostato fosse troppo basso, la tua transazione potrebbe non andare a buon fine o essere annullata e potresti perdere il gas. Dopo la fine delle vendite primarie, i tuoi NFT saranno automaticamente visibili e negoziabili su OpenSea, il principale marketplace di NFT, ma potenzialmente anche su altre piattaforme. I marketplace di NFT permettono ai creatori e collezionisti di vendere, acquistare e creare NFT. Dopo aver collegato il tuo portafoglio, potrai acquistare, mettere all’asta o vendere una vasta gamma di NFT.
