Care for Your Bag

We suggest using a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe down your handbag before storing it. Avoid using any cleaning or protective products as they could alter the bag's appearance and potentially cause stains.
To maintain the shape of your bag and protect if from scratches, store it in the provided flannel dust bag and do not store any other items on top.
Special Materials
Leather
Dab the leather parts with a dry, soft, and non-abrasive cloth. Keep away from direct heat sources and humidity.
GG Supreme & Nylon
Use a dampened soft cloth to clean the Supreme fabric or Nylon parts of the bag.
Canvas, velvet & suede

Handle Storage
While storing your bag, pay special attention to the handles.
Remove the strap and roll it up on itself and place it inside the bag protected by tissue paper. For metal chain straps follow the same steps bending the chain on itself without forcing the rings of the chain.
Leave short straps free without bending them. Long straps can be gently rolled around the bag itself, avoiding sharp angles. If part of the strap can be removed, you can remove it and leave it as it is, without bending.
If your bag has two handles leave the handles down to keep their shape. Using the dust bag and tissue paper, make sure they do not touch the bag’s sides, or have contact with each other.
