Gucci does not have sales, including black Friday sales and private sales. If you see Gucci items, not from an official Gucci retailer, being sold at discounted, sale or clearance prices, then chances are the item is counterfeit.

What is Personalization and how do I personalize my item?

Gucci offers monogramming for a limited selection of leather goods to give your item a unique customized finish. This complimentary service allows you to emboss up to three initials in different color options, depending on the selected style.

How do I know if a product I have is authentic? Does Gucci guarantee the authenticity of all products sold on Gucci.com?

Gucci products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. “Made in Italy” is an integral part of the essence of Gucci. It is a cultural approach, a know-how that took generations to build, and a genuine mission that has allowed Gucci to become one of the world’s most desirable luxury fashion brands. Does Gucci Authenticity Tag track my location or my personal information? 
Gucci Authenticity Tag cannot track or localize your position, and it can’t associate the product to your name. You can deactivate your Gucci Authenticity Tag anytime at any Gucci store. Find out more in dedicated the privacy policy.
Where can I find more information about Gucci Authenticity Tag? 
When unboxing your item, you will find a QR code linking to TAG.GUCCI.COM — a dedicated page where you can learn more about how the technology works and much more.
Why is my Gucci Authenticity Tag not working? 
Are you using the Gucci App to log in? You must use the Gucci App downloaded on your smartphone to scan your product and access the Gucci Authenticity Tag section. Are you scanning in the right spot? Wallets and purses: Place your phone on the back of the product, 4cm from the bottom. Luggage: place the phone on the back of the product, 4 cm from the bottom of the padding or protective lining. Is your smartphone compatible with NFC technology? NFC technology is only available on compatible smartphones with the NFC reader active.
Can the Gucci Authenticity Tag be added or removed from products?
Gucci Authenticity Tag is a new service available exclusively on selected items from the latest collections that cannot be added or removed from products.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Gucci accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
For most items, you will not be charged until your order is shipped. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the full amount when you place your order. Once we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. Please allow up to two business days to prepare your order for shipment.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders placed on Gucci.com are subject to applicable state, local and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed. The actual sales tax will be applied at the time of shipment and may vary from the estimated tax. You will not be charged for your order until it has shipped.
Do you accept or offer Gucci Gift Cards for sale on Gucci.com?
At this time, we do not accept Gucci gift cards as a form of payment or offer Gucci gift cards for sale on Gucci.com. Pre-paid cards (such as pre-paid Visa gift cards) are accepted as a form of payment.
How many units of each product may I purchase on Gucci.com?

You may purchase up to five items per style.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 3 pm CT on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Gucci cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Gucci’s control.

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and provide your tracking number.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and a Client Advisor will arrange to have your order held at a nearby FedEx location for pickup.

FedEx will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

The following delivery restrictions apply:

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us.
  • Items purchased from the U.S. Gucci website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, you may shop from that country’s website or Contact Us and a Client Advisor will assist you.
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to a Gucci store for pickup.
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items.
  • Orders containing fragrances and décor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
  • Python and crocodile products may not be shipped to California.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return a product I purchased online?

Returns may be made by mail or in store. The return window for online purchases is 30 days from the date of delivery. You may return items by selecting "Return this Item" from your MY GUCCI account under order details, through your delivery confirmation email or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you or will be available for download in your MY GUCCI account.

To facilitate a seamless process and a timely refund, please follow the return instructions below:

Return by mail:

  1. Start the return process by:
    • Clicking here,
    • Selecting “Return this Item” from your MY GUCCI account under Order Details,
    • Clicking through your delivery confirmation email, or
    • Contacting a Client Advisor.
  2. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
  3. Once your return request has been approved, please proceed with choosing one of the following options:
    • Download your prepaid shipping label from your MY GUCCI account,
    • Access prepaid shipping label in your return confirmation email, or
    • Access prepaid shipping label QR code in your return confirmation email.
  4. Print the prepaid shipping label and attach it to the package. For QR code returns, bring your package to a FedEx location and a team member will print your label using the QR code.
  5. Bring the package to the nearest FedEx location. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are complimentary.
  6. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Return in store:

  1. You may return your item to any Gucci store in Mexico.
  2. Please bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email.
  3. Refunds for online orders purchased using PayPal cannot be issued in a Gucci store and must be processed and issued at the Gucci.com warehouse. These items may be returned in store and will be packaged and shipped to the warehouse on your behalf. Once received in the warehouse, returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed.
  4. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is not possible to return or request a refund for international purchases. However, you can exchange items with proof of purchase, as long as they meet all requirements. The exchange will be based on the current local price: if there is a difference in price due to local tax rates, you will need to pay the difference. Please note that for international exchanges, we cannot credit the tax from your original purchase.
What is your online return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

Eligible returns of products purchased on Gucci.com may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Gucci return address listed on the return shipping label or to a Gucci store in Mexico.  Please note, corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Gucci.com.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.
  • Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.
  • Lingerie products (including but not limited to bras, panties, swimwear and tights) are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.

 All items must match those identified in return request.

Can I return an item that I bought online to a Gucci store?

Items purchased online may be returned, in accordance with the Online Return Policy requirements, within 30 days from the date of delivery, to any Gucci store in Mexico. To locate a store near you, please visit our store locator.

To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

  • Items purchased through PayPal will be accepted in-store, packaged and shipped on your behalf to the warehouse for processing.
  • Shipping costs will not be subject to refund.
  • Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to Gucci.com.

What is your return policy for items purchased in store?
Gucci will accept exchanges or returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box, with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.

Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products, or fragrance and beauty products.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard and American Express will be reimbursed to the original card used.
Are delivery charges refundable?
Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Can I return a personalized item?
Monogrammed are final sale. Once an order has successfully been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund.
How do I exchange an item I purchased online?

What is different about Gucci’s packaging?
The House’s signature packaging comes in Rosso Ancora red. All Gucci.com orders will also receive one exclusive reusable Gucci cotton canvas shopper tote. Exceptions include orders consisting solely of ties, as they will already arrive in a designated eco pouch.
Why haven’t I received the new eco packaging with my most recent purchase?
In accordance with Gucci’s commitment to sustainability and mission to reduce its carbon footprint, outlets and warehouses with a remaining stock of ivory giftboxes must ensure that it is utilized before they are able to fully implement any new eco packaging. グッチでは、製品に使用するすべてのプレシャスストーンと貴金属をサステナブルな方法で調達することに取り組んでいます。バージン原料の採掘と抽出に伴う環境への影響を軽減するために、グッチは、2025年までにアクセサリーのハードウェアとジュエリーに、リサイクルされた貴金属を最大限使用することを約束しています。

グッチでは、ケリング レスポンシブル ゴールド フレームワーク(責任ある金調達の枠組み)を通じてゴールドを購入しています。これは、責任ある方法で倫理的にゴールドを調達するための革新的な方法です。またグッチは責任あるジュエリー協議会(RJC)のメンバーにも名を連ねており、この組織は、ゴールド、プラチナ、ダイヤモンドのサプライチェーン全体を通して、責任があり、倫理的、社会的、環境的に最善の方法を普及推進することを使命としています。

あらゆる紙や段ボールは、サステナビリティを考慮して調達した原材料を使用しています。リサイクルしやすいよう、コーティングは施していません。トーションのショッピングバッグのハンドルは100%リサイクルポリエステル製で、糊を使わず結んで留めているため、部材ごとに分別しやすくなっています。ダストバッグとスーツカバーは再生コットン製です。リボンはオーガニックコットン100%で、ハンガーはリサイクルポリエチレン製です。

グッチでは、Eコマース製品発送時のプラスチックを削減し、サステナビリティを考慮して調達した原料から作られた紙を使用し、再利用しやすいようボックスのデザインを再考するなど、パッケージを最適化しています。
