We believe that what makes us different stimulates creativity and innovation. A series of initiatives have been launched to foster equity and inclusivity within the workplace and we partner with leading organizations to help influence systemic change in our industry, and beyond.

Safeguarding our crafting tradition is a priority for us. Through specialized schools and trainings, we invest in the next generation of artisans to carry on these increasingly rare techniques for years to come. Our support of art extends to the institutions that are impacting culture and the way we understand social discourse, with creative exhibitions enriching personal experiences.

We are catalyzing positive change through action. Partnering with community leaders and organizations around the world, we have made a measurable difference through our many initiatives, such as Gucci Changemakers. With a hands-on approach, we fund the important work non-profits are doing on the ground, we provide scholarships to students to help alleviate the financial burden of higher education, and we encourage our employees to volunteer for their chosen charities through annual paid leave.
