The Gucci official online store offers complimentary delivery on an all products within Japan. You can even choose your delivery date and receive deliveries on weekends or public holidays (excluding the New Year holiday) and collect your item in store.

Express service (next-day delivery) — Optional service with additional charge Conditions very depending on the delivery destination, so please take note of the following.

1. Express Kanto: Tokyo Prefecture, Kanagawa Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Ibaraki Prefecture, Tochigi Prefecture, Gunma Prefecture, Yamanashi Prefecture (excludes outlying islands)

  • Orders placed 0:00–8:00 Monday–Sunday will be delivered from 18:00–20:00 on the same day
  • Orders placed 8:00–23:59 Monday–Sunday will be delivered from 18:00–20:00 on the next day

2. Express Honshu: Honshu Area (excludes Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, and Yamaguchi prefecture as well as outlying islands and other specific areas)

Try-at-home Service

Try at home service allows you to try on multiple products or the same product in different sizes in the comfort of your own home.
You may request to try up to 3 items at a time, whose retail price totals to 500,000 yen (tax included).

  • Please select the products you wish to try on gucci.com and add them to your "shopping bag". We allow Try & Buy service for up to 500,000 yen (tax included) for 3 products at a time. The product page must display "In stock".
  • You will be contacted by email with a summary of the service and shipping details. Once you reply to this email, giving your consent, we will send your items out for delivery. The credit card information will be only used to confirm the credit of the product price. Please be assured that the payment will not occur until the order is confirmed.
  • You can enjoy free shipping on your order, which will be delivered to the address associated with your credit card.

Gucci bears the fee incurred for use of cash on delivery. The payment can be made by cash, credit card or debit card.
 
• Bank transfer
Bank-transfer confirmation will take place during bank opening hours. Please note that confirmation of the transfer may take place on the following business day.
 
• Installment service
The installment service is a service you can apply when the total order amount is 200,000 yen or more (tax included). Gucci will bear the service charge.
 
• Rakuten Pay
If you would like to pay with Rakuten Pay, please call Gucci Client Services to place an order, or select bank transfer on the "Payment Method" selection screen when placing your order, and then contact Client Services to tell us that you would like to pay with Rakuten Pay. 
When using Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points or Rakuten Cash, you will earn Rakuten Points worth up to 1.5% of the amount paid.

• PayPay

Returns and exchanges

All products are eligible for free returns and exchanges. At the Gucci official online store, we carry out returns and exchanges free of charge (and we also cover the delivery fees) for products that meet the conditions as described below. We recommend this service to customers who are unsure of their clothing, shoe or jewellery size, or who wish to inspect bags and leather goods before purchase.

Return and exchange conditions:
We may refuse exchanges/returns in any of the following cases.
1) 30 days have passed since delivery (If using a post box, delivery is defined as the date on which the order was delivered to the post box)
2) The exchange/returns tag has been removed or lost (some products only)
3) There are signs that the product has been used or tried on (wrinkles and creases, marks, smells, etc.)
4) Part of the returned product is missing, or an accessory is missing
5) Packaging such as the box, fabric bag or shopping bag is missing
6) Items have been monogrammed or engraved
 
• Returns and exchanges due to sizing are limited to one time only.
• Exchanges can be accepted in store at the Gucci Ginza / Aoyama / Shinjuku / Roppongi / Namiki / Miyashita Park / Shibuya Parco / Osaka / Kanazawa stores. Please contact us in advance on freephone 0120-99-2177 or email assistance@jp-onlineshopping.gucci.com. Please note that other Gucci stores (for example Gucci stores in department stores) cannot exchange products purchased from this online store.
