Store Operations provides a pivotal relational, organisational and communication support to Sales Associates and Store Management. Cashiers, Tailors and other employees working in the back of the house can continue their career in their role or grow in the area or in other functions.
Our Sales Associates are the “Gucci ambassadors” providing customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations while increasing the brand loyalty by communicating the philosophy and culture of the brand. Sales Associates can increase their responsibilities within the store, covering Store Management positions, with regards to Retail, where they’ll have the opportunity to benefit from international mobility opportunities, or grow in other functions.
The Store Manager is in charge of ensuring the achievement of the store business goals in terms of sales and profitability as well as to promote and enhance the Gucci brand, in line with the Corporate policies and procedures. Store Managers can continue their career in their role, grow within the area or branch out to other functions.
Corporate Retail manages the Retail channel and is responsible for the growth of each area through the achievement of objectives and the search for new business opportunities.
