Gucci’s boutique in Mall of the Emirates reopens with a newly reimagined space.
Seamlessly combining Italian craftsmanship and Dubai’s vibrant art culture, the boutique’s new design highlights the House’s collections in a setting inspired by Creative Director Sabato De Sarno’s contemporary vision. From optical marble floors reminiscent of historic Italian architecture to brushed steel furnishings, each detail reflects a refined blend of modernity and tradition, creating an environment that balances rich textures with clean lines.
The boutique is also home to a selection of contemporary art curated by Truls Blaasmo, bringing together works by regional talents such as Chafa Ghaddar, Nasser Almulhim, Sami Hayek, and Sarah Almehairi, alongside Italian and international artists including Lucio Fontana, Alighiero Boetti, Richard Prince, Günther Förg, and Flavie Audi. Each piece engages with the space, creating a dialogue between Gucci’s design language and the artistic expressions of both emerging and established artists.
Together, the boutique and its artworks offer a layered experience that invites guests to journey through a world where fashion and art meet, honoring the House’s commitment to both innovation and heritage.
