Gucci does not have sales, including black Friday sales and private sales. If you see Gucci items, not from an official Gucci retailer, being sold at discounted, sale or clearance prices, then chances are the item is counterfeit.

Gucci products are crafted with the highest quality materials, design and workmanship. Counterfeit Gucci products are replicas or imitations of authentic Gucci products that are aimed at misleading consumers and can be of poor quality, lacking the details and the craftsmanship which characterize authentic Gucci goods.

When will I be charged for my purchase?
The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorisation, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order. The payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it’s been submitted. What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
Items purchased online or by phone order can be returned if they meet the online return policy requirements, within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Extended returns for the holiday season. Orders placed from November 7 to December 31 will include extended complimentary returns until January 31.Returned products must meet the requirements below to be accepted for a refund:
• All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact.
• Beauty products may only be returned if unopened and in their original cellophane wrapping.
• Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honoured if the label has not been removed.
• Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, tights and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.
• Items purchased at a Gucci store, Gucci outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Gucci.com. These items can be returned using the same channel of the original purchase.

How can I return an item?
You can return an item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery by using this dedicated page, selecting "Return this Item" from your MY GUCCI account under Order Details, through your delivery confirmation email or Contact Us.
Before starting, you should pack your item into its original packaging including the cotton tote, any accessories, booklets, labels and the return tag.
Return By Carrier:
1. Once your return request has been approved, please download your prepaid shipping label from your MY GUCCI account or from your return confirmation email.
2. Print the prepaid shipping label. Remove the original shipping label and attach the new label on the reusable outer shipping box.
3. Schedule your return by contacting the carrier at 1800 285 8888 or by visiting ‘MyDHL+’ at the following link https://mydhl.express.dhl and choose the country you are making the return from. Select the ‘Schedule a Pickup’ tab and enter the waybill number on your prepaid shipping label.
In-Store Returns:
1. You can make a return at the Gucci Paragon store.
2. Please bring your item(s) in its original packaging with a digital copy of your invoice, the payment method you used to make the purchase and a form of identification.
3. An in-store Client Advisor will be happy to guide you through the return process and you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to outlet stores, department stores or other wholesale distributors.

At Gucci we use a unique number to identify each watch, called a Serial Number, which consists of 8 numbers.

Les housses de protection et les housses de transport de costumes sont fabriquées en coton régénéré. Les rubans sont en coton biologique à 100 %, et les cintres sont en polystyrène recyclé.
