From top handle to crossbody and shoulder bag styles, the world of Beloved brings the House’s signature symbols to the fore.
The Beloved collections weave together emblematic details to tell a story that started over 100 years ago. Defined by their signature bamboo hardware, the Gucci Diana and Gucci Bamboo 1947 join the GG Marmont, Gucci Horsebit 1955, Dionysus and Jackie 1961 at the heart of the House’s archive-inspired narrative.
Jackie 1961
A signature Gucci handbag line known for its curved half-moon shape and signature hardware, the Jackie is reimagined by the Creative Director for the Fall Winter 2020 Men's fashion show.
GG Marmont
Defined by an archival symbol, the GG Marmont line of soft matelassé leather bags includes totes, shoulder bags, bucket bags, circular shapes and mini designs.
Gucci Diana
An evolution of a bamboo handle tote first introduced in 1991, the design represents the notion of style in constant evolution and is reimagined with removable, neon leather belts—a nod to the functional bands used to keep the handles in shape.
Gucci Bamboo 1947
In post-war 1947, when traditional materials were difficult to find, Guccio Gucci and the House’s Florentine artisans decided to use the lightweight, durable bamboo for the handle of a new bag, forging an instant emblem.
Gucci Horsebit 1955
Taken from the archives, the double ring and bar design defines the Gucci Horsebit 1955's line of handbags, totes, bucket bags and shoulder bags.
Dionysus
Inspired by Greek mythology, the tiger head defines the Dionysus handbags, shoulder bags and precious mini bags in a variety of materials and colours.
