Decorated objects that reveal singular scents, The Alchemist’s Garden bottles are styled on curious pharmacy jars and the first perfumery containers seen in ancient apothecaries.
Dating back to the medieval times, the European apothecary was the original general practitioner, selling wine, spices and herbs alongside preparing medicines for physicians and patients. The vintage flacons depicted in artworks and images of the first apothecaries lend their form to The Alchemist Garden’s glass bottles. Alessandro Michele enriched the stoppered shapes with gold lettering and whimsical animal symbols.
