Launched in 2019, Gucci Changemakers global program aims to support industry change and to foster unity through community action. It contributes to fueling our commitment to creating lasting social impact in the communities and within the fashion industry.
Gucci Changemakers Volunteering Program
Gucci Changemakers Volunteering Program is a global initiative that allows all Gucci employees worldwide to dedicate up to four paid days of leave a year to make a positive impact on local communities through volunteering. Volunteering can be with any non-for-profit organisation that an employee feels passionate about collaborating with and where the aims of the organisation align with four main pillars: promoting social justice, fostering education, protecting the environment and supporting health & well-being.
Gucci Changemakers North America
Gucci Changemakers North America is focused on diversity and inclusion within the fashion industry and beyond, across communities in the U.S. and Canada. It brings together three complementary initiatives that engage diverse partners and empower the next generation through tangible opportunities for growth and expression.
Impact Fund
Gucci Changemakers North America Impact Fund supports community-based non-profit organizations that use arts and culture to drive positive transformation. Each year, grants of up to $25,000 USD are awarded and distributed across select Changemakers cities. The fund prioritizes initiatives led by diverse leadership and those committed to areas such as culture, heritage, equality, education, and environmental sustainability.
Scholarship Program
The Gucci Changemakers North America Scholarship Program offers one-year scholarships of up to $20,000 USD to undergraduate students from creative academic backgrounds. It reflects Gucci’s commitment to fostering emerging talent and building a more inclusive and accessible fashion industry.
Creative Fellows
The Creative Fellows initiative supports promising creatives and social impact leaders through targeted grants aimed at completing or launching innovative projects. By encouraging experimentation and community engagement, the program champions creativity as a catalyst for social change programs. It remains an invitation-only opportunity exclusively for past Gucci Changemakers Scholarship recipients.

Gucci Changemakers London
Gucci Changemakers London is the first European extension of our Changemakers initiative, beginning with a multi-year program in London which is promoting a positive impact in the capital’s fashion and creative industries. As part of our London program, Gucci Changemakers London Scholarship Program provides scholarships and financial support to diverse undergraduate students interested in building a career in fashion.
