- Los relojes de oro son una creación elaborada en el momento: Cada pieza es genuinamente individual y única. Por este motivo, tenga en cuenta que las piezas no son resistentes al agua y, por ningún motivo, debe sumergirlo en el agua ni enjuagarlo
- Asegúrese de que la corona siempre vuelva a la posición normal de funcionamiento para evitar que entre humedad o polvo en la caja
- Nunca opere la corona o los botones pulsadores del cronógrafo cuando el reloj esté húmedo o bajo el agua para evitar que el agua entre a la caja
- Utilice agua con jabón y un cepillo suave para limpiar los brazaletes de metal, PVD y cerámica, la goma, el acetato y la carcasa resistente al agua. Enjuague con agua limpia para eliminar los residuos del lavado. Nunca utilice productos de limpieza. Limpie con un paño suave
- Siempre enjuague su reloj en agua tibia después de usarlo en un ambiente salino o con cloro (agua de mar o piscinas)
- Se recomienda cambiar la batería tan pronto como se agote o se gaste, ya que puede tener fugas, lo que podría dañar el movimiento y los componentes internos de su reloj
- Cuidado de las correas de piel, exóticas y de tela: como estos materiales son naturales, asegúrese de proteger su correa de la exposición prolongada al sol y la humedad, para no alterar su forma y color. Los relojes hechos de estos materiales no se deben usar bajo el agua.

Products pre-ordered or made-to-order will be shipped using Premium Express service on the estimated date stated on the product's description page.
Returns are always free, and you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return it through either Home Delivery or Collect In-Store. You can do this by selecting "Return this Item" on your MY GUCCI account, through your delivery confirmation email, or by contacting a Client Advisor. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email, or you can access it from your MY GUCCI account. Follow the provided instructions to schedule a pickup with the courier.
Alternatively, you can return your purchase in-store.
Exchanges are also available at no cost within 30 days of delivery. To exchange for a different size of the same item, click the link in your order confirmation email or log into MY GUCCI and go to the 'My Orders' section. For other types of exchanges, please contact us or visit a Gucci store.
Made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
