Bank Transfer
• Banking details will be displayed on-screen and included in the order confirmation email if you select bank transfer as your method of payment.
• Please transfer payment within five days of placing your order. Please note that your order will be cancelled if payment cannot be confirmed within five days.
• Transfer charges should be borne by purchasers. Please pay the total amount of your order, besides the transfer charges.
• We will commence dispatch procedures once payment has been confirmed. Please note that dispatch depends on product availability. Installment Service
Installment Service is available for orders of higher than 200,000 yen (including GST). Gucci will bear the service fee.
Payment options are on installments, lump-sum payment by bonus, or two installments by bonus.
Type of Installment service:Two options are available for installment service. “equal Installment service” where monthly payment will be evenly divided, and “bonus-compound installment service” where the payments on the month of bonus payment will be higher than other months. The number of payments can be chosen from once to 24 times. (1, 3, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, or 24 times)
Lump-sum payment by bonus & payment by two installments :The starting month of the payment can be delayed up to 6 months. Bonus payment by two installments can only be paid on the bonus payment months in summer and winter. The payment month: summer: June, July and August winter: December and January
How to proceed:
If you wish to place an order with installment service, please select bank transfer as payment method at the check out, and contact our Client Services and request to use installment service.
You will receive an email to notifiy the bank transfer payment. This email will be sent automatically as the order's payment method is proceeded as bank transfer, but please ignore it.
Once the product is ready for the shipment, we will send you an email with installment service application form It usually takes 1 business day until the examination is completed after application.
If the application is not completed within 5 days from sending the application link, your orders will be cancelled.

10. Try-at-home service
Try-at-home is an online exclusive service that allows you to try on items at home before purchasing them. A Gucci Client Advisor will be available to help you choose the best sizes to try and recommend items for you.
How does it work?
1. Add the items you would like to try at home to your ‘Shopping Bag’—you can use the service for up to 3 items and for a maximum order total of 500,000 yen (tax included). It is possible to order the same item in different sizes to find the best fit for you and shop items marked as online exclusives.
2. After adding products to the "shopping bag", a 9-digit number starting with JPCART will be displayed on the right side of the screen. Please make a note of this number and contact us by phone at 0120-99-2177...
3. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and provide a credit card to place your order. You will not be charged until you have confirmed which items you would like to keep. Once you have returned the remaining items, the authorized hold on your returned products will be released—the amount of time this takes depends on your credit card company and billing cycle. Please note, it is only possible to pay by credit card while using this service and orders can only be sent to the billing address associated to your card.
4. Once you have placed your order with Client Services, we will send you an email summary of your items and shipping details. To proceed with your order, you will need to reply and confirm.
5. Once your order arrives via our complimentary shipping, you will have one week to try on your items. To ensure that you are able to return anything you do not wish to keep, please follow our fitting guidelines. Please note that if the fitting guidelines are not properly followed, the items will not be eligible for returns, they will be charged to the credit card you provided while placing your order.
6. Fitting Guidelines
- When trying on clothing, please wear the face cover included with your order.
- Do not remove any tags.
- Keep in mind that if the products show signs of use (wrinkles, kinks, scratches, stains, odors), they will not be eligible for return.
- When trying on shoes, please use a shoehorn and wear the items inside—preferably on a soft floor.
- Try on sneakers with the laces tied through the top hole.
- Ensure that items are stored safely so as to avoid wrinkles, kinks, scratches, stains, odors or other signs of wear and tear.
Once you have decided which items you would like to keep, fill out the enclosed returns form and send any other products back to us within one week, including the return invoice. Please also contact us to inform a Client Advisor which items you would like to keep and the tracking number for your returns (if applicable). If any items are not returned, they will be charged to the credit card you provided while placing your order.
7. Once we receive your item(s), we will check that it was sent within the return period and all of the items included are eligible. You will only be charged for the items you decided to keep or any not eligible for returns (Check our Fitting Guidelines for more information).
- The Try-at-home service is intended to be used to help you find the best fit or styling combinations before you make a purchase—items should only be used for this purpose and should not be moved to another location.
- Packaging will not be included when your items are sent to you. When you contact us to confirm your order, you can request for it to be sent to you.
- This service may become permanently or temporarily unavailable.

Please bring proof of identification and a copy of your order confirmation email when collecting your purchase(s). The following documentation should be presented if you designate someone to collect your purchase(s) on your behalf:

Please note that purchases cannot be handed over unless required documentation is presented.
Purchases will be kept at the relevant store for 14 days. Purchases not collected during this period will be returned to our depot and we will refund the price of the order. As with other online purchases, items collected in-store may be returned or exchanged during the 14-day period following collection.
This service is not available for cash-on-delivery orders, décor products, or express delivery orders.
• No additional days are needed for monogramming services on small leather goods or handbags. For jewelry and watches, 3-4 additional weeks may be required.
• You cannot request a delivery date and time slot when ordering engraved products.
• Orders for engraved products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled due to absence or refusing to accept delivery. We recommend you check the size of a product before requesting engraving.
• The part of a product on which initials are engraved varies depending on the material and product design. Please note that photographs and images of engravings on products on the Website may differ from the appearance of the actual product.
• Please note that your internet browser and monitor settings could affect the accuracy of images and colors in photographs and images of products and engravings and not exactly match actual products.
• Please note that we require full payment at the time the order is placed and thus cash-on-delivery is not available as a payment option when using our engraving service.

Gucci watches purchased on our online shop come with a Gucci Timepieces International Warranty Certificate. We offer a two-year inner workings warranty, valid from the date of purchase and a discount on the cost of maintenance repairs to the inner workings of our watches. This international warranty is valid upon presentation of your International Warranty Certificate. The model name or number, serial number, date of purchase, and online shop name are stated on the International Warranty Certificate. The international warranty covers any faults arising from defective parts or a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover battery replacements, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use, or negligence, or damage to the watch or parts caused by normal wear.
