The “GG” Icon
In the Sixties, the Gucci maison had reached international fame, treasured by some of the most notable personalities of the time. It is around this time that the legendary interlocking double “G” logo appears, used for bags, small leather goods, luggage and the first pieces of clothing.
A Milestone Timepiece
Conceived by Creative Director Frida Giannini, the Interlocking Timepiece Collection adds an important milestone to the history of Gucci Timepieces. The case of the watch is a natural setting for the double “G” icon, opening the way to innumerable variants.
Available in a larger 37mm model or a smaller 29mm, the Interlocking Timepiece displays a GG case worked in stainless steel, black or brown PVD, teamed with matching dials in sun-brushed silver, brown or black.
Precious variants see the GG motif fully or partially etched in diamonds and accompanied by a black lacquered dial, or alternatively, worked in 18kt pink gold.
A variety of straps are available from a metal bracelet to brown or black calfskin, as well as white, brown or black crocodile.
