THE WORLD’S ELITE SHOW JUMPERS COMPETE IN THE FOURTH ANNUAL GUCCI PARIS MASTERS
December 3rd, Paris - The fourth edition of the Gucci Paris Masters took place at the Parc des Expositions in Villepinte, Paris. Passionate equestrian riders and friends of the House were invited to attend several competitions throughout the three day event.
Saturday marked the first highlight of the weekend with The Style & Competition for Amade Challenge, orchestrated by Gucci-sponsored Charlotte Casiraghi. This competition paired 5-star professional riders and talented amateurs into 12 teams of two, each with different sponsors. The competitors were judged by Xavier de Moulins, Vincent Perez and Virginie Couperie Eiffel, on behalf of Gucci.

Caroline de Hanover is the President. Gucci sponsored two teams, the
first with Charlotte Casiraghi and Edwina Tops-Alexander (on page 1), who took 3rd
place in Competition and 1st in Style, and the second featuring Alex Hua
Tian and Jessica Springsteen (on the right).
The culmination of the three days was The Gucci Grand Prix, which carried a prize of 300.000 euro, and brought together the best 44 riders in the world. Participants included some of the biggest names in the discipline such as Steve Guerdat (CHE) Olympic Champion, Ben Maher (GB) 2012 Olympic Team Champion, Rolf–Göran Bengtsson (SWE) European Champion and World n°1, Pius Schwizer (CHE) World n°4, Edwina Tops-Alexander (AUS) World n°10, Marcus Ehning (GER).
The winner of this year’s Gucci Grand Prix was Marc Houtzager (NED).

honor of Gucci’s sponsorship of the Gucci Paris Masters to
