Gucci at 2012 Baselworld
Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry is proud to be part of the leading world show in the luxury goods industry – Baselworld. The 2012 World Watch and Jewelry Show is opening doors on March 8 (March 7 – Press Day), and its 160,000 square meters of exhibition area will be the launch platform for Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry’s latest collections. As 2012 marks the 40th anniversary of Gucci Timepieces, the Bamboo collections crown this event with remarkable jewelry and watch pieces specially designed by Frida Giannini. In addition to this, the Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry Baselworld stand shows up remarkable details, as a Wall Screen video presenting its latest collections.

The longtime fair dates back to 1917, and hosts more than 1,800
companies a year, with 100,000 visitors along with 3,000 journalists
making their way to Basel from all over the world to discover the
current trends and view the latest creations from the watch and jewelry
sectors. Show information is also available on the Baselworld APP. This
year, as a celebration of Gucci Timepieces 40th anniversary, our
collections – the mentioned Bamboo, the Horsebit Horn jewelry, the
G-Timeless Slim and G-Chrono Ceramic timepieces – aim to leave a mark in
the history of this prestigious fair.
