With the recent opening of the House’s first men’s flagship in Europe in Milan’s Brera district, Gucci is the first brand in the italian luxury sector to join Google Business Photos project and launch indoor view on Google Maps. Thanks to this new feature from Google’s Street View technology, visitors can now take a virtual walk through the boutique and experience Creative Director Frida Giannini’s design concept throughout the store spanning more than 500 square meters across three floors.
With the doors of the boutique now open to online visitors, Google Maps users can experience 360° panoramic store imagery and view the House’s men’s collections.
The experience is available via mobile, tablet and desktop through Browser and App navigation. On the Google Maps App for Android and iOS, users can access the in-store view using the accelerometer that allows navigation simply by moving around one’s device.
