The GUCCI Gift Exchange Policy does not apply to sold and sale items, fine jewelry, watches, sunglasses, underwear, swimwear and writing instruments that have been used due to personal hygiene reasons (except inherent defects of the products).
In relation to other goods, we may, at our sole discretion, accept a return of sold items for exchange provided that the returned goods are in an unused, unspoiled and unaltered condition. The requested exchange has to be made WITHIN TEN DAYS from the date of purchase.
Goods in exchange must be for an equal of higher retail value. All sold items may only be exchanged ONCE. All goods in exchange must be with its purchase invoice and sales memo.
Repair and maintenance:
- Repair service is provided to all customers upon presentation of relative purchase invoice.
- Repair of GUCCI watches is accepted with relative warranty card presented.
- For all products, please avoid contact with oil, cleansing and bleaching substances and other chemicals, direct light sources and light colored clothing.
- For some clothing products may need to contact with water for the purpose of cleansing is suggested to follow carefully with the care label instruction as attached with the product.
- Professional dry clean is recommended for canvas and suede products. It is not suggested to carry such products with contact on your daily clothing with depigmentized property.
