Pursuant to section 13 of the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree no. 196, dated 30 June 2003, hereinafter referred to as the “DP Code”), the company Guccio Gucci S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Gucci”), in its role as data controller of your personal data, wishes to inform you about the following.
Purposes of data processing
All personal data, which you voluntarily and directly provide to Gucci by applying online through the website www.gucci.com (e.g. data included in the online form or data contained in your resume), shall be processed exclusively for the purpose of allowing you to participate in the recruitment process of personnel for the companies belonging to the Gucci Division.Therefore, your personal data shall be used in order to carry out the preliminary evaluation of your profile, in relation to job vacancies that are available within the company or that have been selected by you among those offered on the site.
How we process your personal data
The processing of your personal data shall be carried out mainly by using electronic means.
Mandatory or optional nature of providing the data
It is your option whether or not to provide your personal data. However, the provision of such data is necessary for the commencement of the recruiting process. Should you decide not to provide your data, you shall be prevented, as the only consequence, from taking part in the above mentioned recruitment process relating to any job positions.
The processing of your personal data shall be carried out by the persons in charge of the processing operating in the Human Resources department or by the persons at the head of the departments interested in recruiting new staff as well as by the personnel operating for the management and maintenance of the website above mentioned, who operates on behalf of Gucci as data processor. Depending on the needs of each Gucci’s organizational units or of any other Italian or foreign Gucci Division’s companies - which shall operate as autonomous data controller - your personal data may be communicated and transferred abroad, including outside the European Union, to the companies mentioned above for the purposes in order to evaluate your application and eventually to enter into a contract relationship. Your data might be eventually disclosed also to third parties, professionals or service providers’ staff supporting Gucci in the recruitment activities, such parties operate as data processors.
Gucci may retain your data for a period not exceeding 18 months by recording them in a specific database. You shall have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting the data processor in charge by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
Rights of the data subject
In order to exercise your rights granted by section 7 of DP Code (e.g. right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist; to obtain deletion, updating or, where interested therein, integration of data; to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing) as well as in order to request the full list of the data processors or of the persons, to whom the data have been disclosed, if any, please contact Guccio Gucci S.p.A. The data controller is Guccio Gucci S.p.A., having its registered offices in Florence (Italy), Via Tornabuoni, no. 73/r, which has appointed as data processor for the above-mentioned purposes, the Gucci WW HR Director.

This notice shall also be deemed given also on behalf of those companies belonging to the Gucci Division (whose units in charge of recruitment might also have access to your personal data) that are interested in recruitment in connection with the job positions selected by you or for which your profile may be of interest.
Please do not insert any sensitive data (i.e. personal data allowing the disclosure of racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-unionist character, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life) unless the job position for which the application is made expressly requires to do so.
In this latter case, you will find an explicit request in the description of the job position and you will be requested to send your resume by ordinary mail (including in your resume a specific express authorization for the processing of sensitive data) together with a printed copy of your application form. Should any sensitive data be provided in the absence of any explicit requests thereof, such data shall not be taken into account and will be immediately deleted.
