THELMA SCHOONMAKER WINS SECOND ANNUAL GUCCI AWARD FOR WOMEN IN CINEMA AT 69TH VENICE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
VENICE August 31, 2012 – Thelma Schoonmaker
won the second annual Gucci Award for Women in Cinema during a ceremony
and private dinner hosted by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini at the 69th Venice International Film Festival. Salma
Hayek-Pinault presented Schoonmaker with the Award in recognition of her
work as the editor for HUGO.
