Gucci seeks the complete satisfaction of its Customers by providing free returns on full-priced orders only. The Customer may return such an order for Products, specifying the reason, by returning the Products, purchased from the Site, within 14 (fourteen) working days of the date the Products were received. This applies to all Products other than:
i) used or altered goods, or goods with signs of damage arising from misuse or normal wear and tear;
ii) on embossed or engraved Products (unless the item is faulty, defective or otherwise wrongly described);
iii) due to hygiene reasons, watches, sunglasses, intimate apparel, perfume, swimwear, hats and earrings (unless the item is faulty, defective or otherwise wrongly described);
iv) markdown products purchased during sale period (unless the item is faulty, defective or otherwise wrongly described);
Each delivery shall contain simple instructions for the return of the Products.
Gucci reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements Gucci’s sole discretion.
SALE PURCHASE POLICY

ii) Once approved, our Customer Service Team will provide you with a Gucci Exchange or Return form.
iii) Place the item(s) inside the original shipping box.
iv) Ensure all of the item(s) have their return tags intact.
v) Complete and enclose the return or exchange form, along with the original purchase invoice, with the item(s).
vi) Securely repackage the item(s).
vii) Ensure you retain the courier tracking information for your records.
Please note; due to hygiene reasons, watches, sunglasses, intimate apparel, perfume, swimwear, hats and earrings will not be accepted. Markdown items will not be accepted.
THE CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS UNDER THIS CLAUSE ARE IN ADDITION TO ANY RIGHTS THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW. SEE THE “FAULTY, DEFECTIVE AND WRONGLY DESCRIBED PRODUCTS” SECTION FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
Gucci shall reimburse the full price of the Products paid, provided that they are returned by the Customer to Gucci unworn, unused and undamaged, accompanied by the relevant original invoice and the original Gucci packaging.
Products purchased online cannot be reimbursed or exchanged for money at Gucci stores. However, such Products have to be returned following the Return process. Gucci cannot be responsible for reimbursement or compensation of Products returned but not received by Gucci due to loss, theft or damage that is not attributable to Gucci.
Exchange of Products
To exchange a Product purchased on the Site, Customers should follow the return procedure.
Gucci allows Customers to exchange full-priced Products purchased on the Site without specifying any reason by returning the Products (together with the original receipt) within 14 (fourteen) working days of the date the Products were received.
Customers who are not fully satisfied, or who believe there is a discrepancy in their order must keep all the documentation relating to the delivery and the Product itself in its original packaging, and immediately contact Gucci

The Product to be replaced must be received by Gucci in its original conditions as when delivered, as provided in the “Product Returns” section above.
Under the exchange procedure, the amount paid by the Customer shall firstly be reimbursed, through the payment system used by the Customer for the purchase before the new transaction can be made.
To exchange a Product, Customers must fill in the form provided by Customer Service, clearly indicating the code and the size of the new Product that the Customer wishes to receive.
The placement of the new order is subject to the availability of the Products requested. Delivery costs for return of the Products are free.
In the event that the Customer is seeking exchange, replacement pursuant to the “FAULTY, DEFECTIVE AND WRONGLY DESCRIBED PRODUCTS” below, pictures of the product area that would required replacement or reapir shall be sent to the Customer Service for evaluation. All after sales quality assessment are carried out by Gucci’s Quality Control and after sales Technical Team, based in Italy.
All orders will be shipped via TNT. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery, and if your order consists of multiple items, or pre-order styles, these items may be sent and charged separately.
To estimate the total delivery time for the purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment (one to three business days during sale periods), in addition to the time frames below, according to your location:
METRO AREAS (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Hobart): 1 – 3 business days
NON-METRO AREAS: 3 – 7 business days
We will require signature of an adult over 18 years old upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O boxes.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For each order completed on Site, Gucci will issue an invoice for the shipped Products, sending it via e-mail. For the issuance of the invoice Gucci will refer to the data provided by the Customer. Once the invoice has been issued no modification of the same will be possible, unless there is a mistake in the invoice.
The shipping and delivery expenses are to be borne by the Customer as indicated in the online form. Shipping and delivery fees may also be waived by Gucci, including during any “free delivery” promotional periods advertised by Gucci.
For the delivery of the Products the Customer or a person authorized by the latter shall be present at the address indicated in the order. At the time of the delivery by the Courier, the Customer shall verify:
(i) that the number of the boxes are same as reported on the transportation documents;
(ii) that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or in another way tampered with. Any damage in the packaging and/or in the Product(s) or any discrepancy between the number of the boxes actually delivered and the number of the boxes indicated on the transportation document, shall be immediately notified by indicating it in writing on the Courier’s delivery documents. Except to the extent otherwise permitted by law, once the Customer has signed the Courier’s transportation document, the Customer may not make any objection which should have been apparent from the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from TNT that your purchase has been delivered.

Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through Gucci.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers. Gucci reserves the right to contact the Customer via phone or email to verify order details prior to processing. If Gucci is not able to contact the Customer successfully, this can cause further delays with order processing. Online purchases from this section of the Site may be made by residents in Australia, for delivery to Customers in Australia. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other countries at this time, but invite our Customers to visit a Gucci store.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. Gucci products available for purchase online include handbags, shoes, small leather goods, luggage, watches, sunglasses, gifts and fragrances. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each Customer may make online purchases of up to two items per style.
Prices displayed on the Gucci Site are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax. The prices for the Products do not, unless otherwise specified, include shipping and delivery charges. Details of the shipping and delivery charges will be provided during the online purchase process on the Site and the Customer will have an opportunity to review and accept the shipping and delivery costs before being bound by an order.
Gucci tries to ensure that all pricing information on the Site is accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In the event that an error in the price of a Product shall occur, Gucci will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If Gucci is unable to contact the Customer the order will be treated as cancelled.
Gucci online offers price adjustments for online purchases on first markdown only. Specifically, if an item has been reduced from its full price, we will credit you the difference.

All Gucci.com orders come with complimentary gift wrap. Products are tissue wrapped and enclosed in a signature Gucci gift box that is tied with a Gucci satin ribbon.

Gucci guarantees the authenticity of all the Products purchased on the Site. The Products marked “Gucci” are crafted with the best materials and are made by the best craftsmen. All the Products are made in Italy, with the sole exception of the timepieces which are made in Switzerland and perfumes which are made in France.
The original Gucci Products are sold on the internet in Australia exclusively through the site www.gucci.com/au. All the intellectual property rights such as, trademarks, service trademarks, marks and copyrights are exclusive property of the PPR Luxury Division. No page or other content of the Site may be reproduced without the prior written approval of a member of the PPR Luxury Division.
Gucci uses its best endeavors in order to keep the information on the Site constantly updated.
However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors on the Site. The Site might carry typo’s, errors, inaccuracies some of which may refer to the price of the Product, to the product availability and/or to the details of the Products.
Subject to any rights or remedies available to the Customer under the Australian Consumer Law, Gucci reserves the right to amend the errors and inaccuracies also after that the order has been submitted and furthermore reserves the right amend or modify the information on the Site at any time without prior communication.
OUR GOODS COME WITH GUARANTEES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FOR A MAJOR FAILURE AND COMPENSATION FOR ANY OTHER REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE. If a Product sold by Gucci is faulty, defective or wrongly described, or is otherwise not of acceptable quality or in breach of the Australian Consumer Law, and the Customer wishes to receive a refund, return or repair of the Product or seek any of its other remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, the Customer must immediately contact Online Support

Unless otherwise agreed by Gucci and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, all requests for repair, refund or exchange of any Products pursuant to this section must be sent by the Customer to Gucci together with the relevant goods at the address set out above with appropriate proof of purchase (original invoice or gift exchange card) issued by Gucci and details of the Customer’s name, address and telephone number.
To the extent permissible by law, Gucci’s maximum aggregate liability to the Customer (whether under contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise) in connection with these General Conditions and the supply or use of the Products is limited to the cost of the Products (including the delivery charges). The previous sentence does not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
This document is governed by and is to be construed in accordance with the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in New South Wales, Australia and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from any of those courts (including the Federal Court of Australia) and waives any right to object to any proceedings being brought in those courts.
